Team C TM2 V2 mid motor buggy

Team C TM2 V2 mid motor buggy

Team C Racing introduce the V2 version of their popular 2WD mid motor buggy. The latest incarnation of the buggy, that is purpose-designed for high bite surfaces, features a new rear end that made a first appearance on the TM4 4WD buggy. New aluminium suspension mounts with eccentric plastic inserts make for swift and easy anti-squat and toe-in angle changes and they replace the standard “solid” brackets. All other features such as the 14mm big bore shocks with bleeder caps, the gear differential, rear stabiliser and front aluminium suspension mounts remain unchanged from its predecessor. There is no exact release date yet but it is understood that the kit will hit the stores “very soon”.

TLR 8ight-T 3.0 truggy

TLR 8ight-T 3.0 truggy

TLR have announced the 8ight-T 3.0 truggy, this latest version benefiting from the same engineering and expertise that made the 8ight 3.0 buggy a ROAR National Champion. Everything from the suspension geometry to the body and wing design has been refined so it is easier for racers of all skill levels to drive faster and lower lap times. In terms of suspension geometry it has been refined to give racers of all skill levels a neutral handling truggy that is easy to drive fast. 15-degree, non-inclined caster blocks raise the spindle, allowing the vehicle to soak up bumps with less dog bone plunge. Redesigned front arms improve front wheel clearance and increase steering throw. Camber and shock locations on the shock towers are optimized for quick and easy tuning.

Team Associated B5 & B5M Team Kit

Team Associated B5 & B5M Team Kit

As expected earlier this week Team Associated introduce the completely new B5 2WD buggy platform. Coming as separate mid and rear motor kits the B5 will have purpose designed chassis, gearbox and suspension parts in order to provide the best possible performance on a large range of surfaces from slippery clay to the highest traction carpet tracks. While the rear motor B5 is ideally suited for low to medium grip tracks, the B5M who shares around 90 percent of the same parts as the B5, is purely designed for high grip and high speed tracks with its aluminium chassis, gull wing front suspension arms and a range of options to tune the platform for both dirt and multi-surface conditions. Team Associated so far only released body-on images but expect more details and information the coming days.
