Based on the Inferno 7.5, Kyohso have released this 1/8th scale buggy Readyset, the Inferno Neo. Featuring the Infernos signature adaptability to any surface, the Neo features 3.5mm big bore shocks and the same heavy-duty wheels as the high performance MP9, fitted with all-new micro-square pattern tires. Composite torque rods front and rear achieve an optimal balance of flex and rigidity for excellent performance and yet still maintains a smooth comfortable driving feel that can only come from decades of refinement. Team Associated have announced the RC8Be Factory Team kit, which picks up where the RC8e left off by adding many performance and durability enhancing features that were pioneered by the company’s Area 51 engineers and world-class team of pro drivers. The new RC8Be features include Factory Team 16mm Big Bore threaded hard-anodized shocks, RC8B 5mm 7075 blue aluminium shock towers, 7075 blue aluminium suspension mounts, Factory Team 7075 blue aluminium one-piece top plate and Pro-Line M3 Holeshot tires with molded inserts. Pre-assembled shocks, differentials and turnbuckles help get you on the track fast. Factory Team shock and diff fluids are also included.

While other crawlers require some modifications before they’re ready for the rocks, the 1/10-scale Night Crawler BND from Losi is good to go right out of the box, just bind it to your DSM-equipped transmitter. Tamiya TRF201 2wd buggy

Having covered the their long awaited 2wd buggy over the past few weeks, Tamiya have today confirmed the name of their new release. The ‘TRF201’ will be fully unveiled at next months Shizuoka Hobby show and will prove to be very popular upon its release having already shown to be very competitive in its pre release form.

KM Racing H-K1 200mm prototype photos

KM Racing H-K1 200mm prototype photos

We have shown you CAD images of the new H-K1 prototype IV back in April and today KM Racing have sent us photos and more details on their new 200mm chassis. The car is currently in production and they are aiming for a May 20th World release. As these photos are still of the prototype, there will be some changes from this version and the final production version. Firstly the foam bumper will be using a different plastic bumper top plate as standard, with the carbon bumper top plate shown in the pictures will be sold as option. A receiver box will be included as standard, the shock springs will be black in colour as standard and finally the KM Ultra lightweight clutch system will be included as standard.

SpeedMerchant Rev6 1/12th scale

SpeedMerchant Rev6 1/12th scale

Team SpeedMerchant have released photos of the follow up to their successful Rev5 1/12th scale, the aptly named Rev6. With no concrete information yet from the company on the feature list, looking at the car we can see the immediately obvious update is the all new chassis plate, a follow up to the first single cell LiPo chassis on the previous model. We can expect full details on the new car in the near future.
