Nosram VTEC LiPo 5300 Xtreme Pack

Nosram have also released their next generation LiPo batteries, similar to those from sister brand LRP. Specially developed for extreme power delivery and run time, this 5300mAh pack features a transparent red durable hard case to keep the cells from being damaged during use, and has the same measurement as a 6-cell Sub C battery cell and so will fit in all standard 1/10th scale on road and off road cars. Thanks to bulges on the base of the case, the pack fits securely into standard Sub C pre-cut chassis and battery holders.

HPI Power Manager

HPI Racing have released the Power Manager, an AC to 12 volt DC power supply. Featuring a very compact design, this is the latest in the new range of electronic products from HPI, which has 2 outputs for powering multiple devices. Weighing in at only 756 grams it has a maximum output current of 20A and adjustable voltage of 12.0V to 16.0V.

To power your BL ready Savage you can install one of the new range of Silver Arrow V10 1/8 brushless motors, ranging from 3.5R to 6.5R, the mount also fits Novak motors, together with the new Silver Arrow high performance ESC that can easily handle the dual 7.4 volt LiPo packs.

Team Orion Vortex BL Armatures

Fine-tune your brushless motor with this new set of tuning armatures from Team Orion developed by Oscar Jansen. Available in a set of 4, and sold in addition to the ROAR Stock and Race standard versions already available, each armature has a different diameter which allows you to play with the acceleration characteristics of your Vortex brushless motor. Colour coded for easy recognition, there are two versions with 12mm diameter magnets and a 5 or 6mm diameter axle and two 12.5mm diameter magnets with both 5 or 6mm diameter axles. Speed Passion Special edition motors

Speed Passion have been in contact to give us a preview of their great looking new special edition Competition 2.0 brushless motors. Perfect in time for the World Championships this November, the new motors are decorated in the names of the company’s factory drivers and carry their own unique colour scheme. Motors are available from Marc Rheinard, Jilles Groskamp, Viktor Wilck, Surikarn Chaidajsuriya and Toni Rheinard. Speed Passion have had a good year so far winning the European 1/10th and 1/12th scale Championships, LRP Masters, pre Worlds in Thailand, the Euro Touring series and the IIC, but can they get a perfect run and take the Worlds too, they seem to have a very strong team going into the event.
