Yeah Racing Tritronic 1/10 waterproof brushed 80A ESC

Yeah Racing have introduced their new and upgraded Tritronic brushed electronic speed controller. The ESC features automatic throttle programming, making it easier to change settings on the fly on the trail or even out bashing. Throttle range is automatically calibrated on power up and the external capacitor is now housed in a flat case for easy mounting as well. The controller is usable for 1/10th scale vehicles such as crawler and trail trucks, buggies, trucks and on-road cars using brushed motors of down to 12T.

Trinity X-Factor coloured endplates & screw kits

Coming from Trinity and made for their X-Factor series of brushless motors are new coloured endplates and screw kits. The aluminium endplates are available in pink, orange, gold or blue colour while the 6-piece screw sets come in gold, silver or blue anodizing. All sets can be mixed and matched to achieve the desired look and they are available from now on.

Dash R-Tune V3 modified brushless motor

Following a first teaser image Dash have officially unveiled their new R-Tune V3 modified brushless motor. The next generation of the R-Tune features a high airflow aluminium can with arrow-shaped cut-outs for improved cooing efficiency, a lower weight and minimized power fading during a run even in high ambient temperatures. In addition the can also features a special slot to meet the homologation requirements of IFMAR, ROAR and EFRA. The V3 motor will feature the same 2019 Reedy Race winning stator for a much lower internal resistance, an increase in torque and overall performance. The motor also features a balanced 12.3mm rotor to ensure a smooth power delivery with optional rotors being available to fine-tune the characteristics of the motor. The V3 will hit stores in 4.5T and 5.0T winding variants.

Sunpadow 2S 4200mAh ultra-narrow LCG LiPo pack

Sunpadow keep growing their new Platin competition LiPo battery range with the latest addition being a ultra-narrow LCG pack. Adapting the new 36mm wide ultra-narrow design specially developed for mid-motor touring cars the 4200mAh pack is only 20mm tall, ensuring not only a very centralised weight balance but also a lower centre of gravity due to the battery’s reduced weight compared to its 5200mAh sibling. The pack weighs in at 191g, further reducing vehicle weight and allowing to add weight where it is needed.

Over a year’s time worth of development has gone into the V8 line to make it a smooth, durable power plant for drivers and enthusiasts around the world. The Gen3 motor was specifically designed to provide exceptional power, superior smoothness and control in combination with high efficiency and low temperature operation. Coming with a highly finned CNC-machined aluminium can, the Gen3 V8 motor promises a very low temperature build-up in every condition ensuring exceptional reliability. Speedzone roll out new Evolution LiPo packs

The latest competition LiPo battery pack releases to Speedzone’s Evolution brand include a 2S slim pack, 2S shorty pack and a 4S pack. The 5500mAh 7.4V 130C slim pack measures 139×37.3×24.8mm and weighs 238g, the 5000mAh 7.4V 120C shorty pack measures 96×46.5×24.5mm and weighs 212g, and the 6000mAh 14.8v 120C pack measures 139x47x48mm and weighs in at 534g. All packs were designed to produce high voltage with low internal resistance and utilize 5mm bullet connectors.

Arena RC Racing brass LiPo plates

Arena RC Racing have released their new brass weight plates for standard and slim-size LiPo battery packs. The standard plate measures 134x45mm and it is available in a 0.6mm variant, weighing in at 33g and also as thicker 0.8mm plate, weighing in at 44g. Also available is a more narrow plate for the new line of slim LiPo batteries that measures 134x35mm and that weighs in at 33g for the 0.6mm plate and 31g for the 0.8mm plate. All are machined from high-quality brass material, they feature laser-engraved Arena RC Racing logos and use thin double-sided tape to attach them to the battery packs.
