Ultimate Racing fuel filter & exhaust gas cooler

Modelix Racing have announced the release of the new Ultimate Racing fuel filter and exhaust gas cooler. Both feature machined and red anodised aluminium cans that offer a heatsink design for looks and functionality. While adding visual impact, the fins can also help to reduce the temperature of both the fuel and exhaust gas which can lead to better idling, as well as slightly increased power and run time. Included with the fuel filter and exhaust gas cooler, the latter is being placed into the pressure line between the exhaust pipe and fuel tank, come plastic mounting clamps for easy installation. Both accessories are available separately or as combo package.

Reds Racing 721 Corsa nitro off-road engine

Reds Racing have introduced a their new S Line nitro off-road engine, the 721 Corsa. The 3.5cc 7-ports power plant is based on the S Line 721 Scuderia engine and the main focus was to release an engine similar to 721 Scuderia but at a more reasonable price. Both engines feature high reliability, tuning stability and great fuel mileage which was achieved by using new materials for the piston, sleeve and crankcase in order to optimise thermal expansion and power. The Corsa comes equipped with a precision machined, balanced steel crankshaft, steel bearings and a polished aluminium endplate and it will hit stores very soon.

O.S. Speed R2104 3.5cc nitro on-road engine

Coming soon from O.S. Engines is the new 3.5cc R2104 competition nitro on-road engine. The 9-port power plant was developed with this year’s IFRMAR 1/8th Nitro On-road World Championship in mind with an updated liner and piston increasing overall torque while the DLC-coated crankshaft offers improved transition between low and high RPM. The engine also sports a new combustion camber insert with a silicone O-ring, adapted from O.S. Engine’s off-road engines, preventing dust and dirt contamination. The R2104 is rounded off with a new design cooling head in a 2-tone black and red finish with white laser-engraved graphics. Beside the single engine O.S. also offers a combo package including the T-2080SC muffler and MR02 manifold.

Ultimate Racing M4R V2.0 nitro off-road engine

Modelix Racing have introduced the new Ultimate Racing M4R V2.0 nitro off-road engine. The 4-port power plant utilises a tuned crankshaft and offers linear power supply at both low and high RPM combined with improved fuel mileage, exceptional performance and reliability. The main changes from the previous version are the new cooling head design as well as the last evolution of the carburettor which is even easier to tune and more stable at different RPM compared to the previous version. The cooling head is also used on the M5 engines and it is keeping the engine cooler for improved performance at high temperatures. Its lightweight design ensures a low overall centre of gravity while the diameter of the head’s central bore has been reduced for more reliable temperature measurement as the new design ensured temp guns will not touch the glow plug. The composite carburettor of the M4R V2.0 is made by Novarossi and of a reverse type with a sliding throttle valve. It provides high idle stability, more precise tuning and higher mid/top range power.
