Hall successfully defends both British 1:10 Offroad titles

Team Associated’s Tommy Hall has successfully defended both his 2WD and 4WD BRCA British 1:10 Buggy Championship titles, the latter coming to a thrilling conclusion at the season finale hosted by Robin Hood Raceway over the weekend.  In Saturday’s 2WD action, the title already wrapped up by Hall, it was Schumacher’s Ben Smith who took the TQ and Round 6 win ahead of Hall and Neil Cragg.  His first win of the season, the result helped him to claim the runner-up spot in the championship 1-point ahead of Cragg, the weekend marking the end of the former World Championship illustrious racing career.  In 4WD, Hall needed to TQ and win to retain the championship and the former European Champion rose to the occasion.  Winning A1 & 2 ahead of Smith to claim his third win of 2025, it was this that gave him the tie-break over Smith as they both ended the championship on 150 points – Smith with two wins, Hall with three.  Getting a guard of honour from his fellow A finalists, Cragg would complete the season finale podium and claim 3rd overall as he signed off on racing having achieved the century of National Race wins earlier in the season.

Kaemtech DEX410 Alu Bulkheads | Gear Collar

A Buggy that is a bit of a blast from the past, German company Kaemtech Racing are looking to keep the remaining examples of the Team Durango DEX410 alive with the release of new aluminium bulkheads and gear collar.  Almost a decade since the last DEX410 1:10 4WD Buggy was released, the Durango brand eventually being discontinued by Hobbico in 2017, they developed this set of bulkheads as a 1:1 replacement to address a known weak point on the buggy.  Made from T7075 aluminium it has a black anodised finish.  The 1:1 replacement gear collar also addresses a weak both on the DEX410.

CFG Racing Mi9 Long Top Deck | P10 Suspension Arm

Set-up by Swiss touring car racer Carl Friedrich Grössel, CFG Racing has added to its option parts range with the release of a Long Top Deck for the Schumacher Mi9 Touring Car, and Suspension Arm for the Roche P10 WGTR pan car.  The Long Top Deck ties the centre of the chassis together, creating a smoother, more progressive flex profile while reducing unpredictable mid-corner behaviour.  The key benefits are progressive chassis flex for calmer, smoother cornering.  It also gives increased mid-corner stability especially in transitions and chicanes, as well as more consistent steering response under load.  The + Forward Outer Pivot Suspension Arm for the P10 subtly shifts the outer lower pivot forward introducing slightly more mechanical caster and a touch of extra wheelbase for cleaner steering and improved mid-corner balance.  It is best for low to high grip tracks and setups chasing neutral, predictable steering with more mid-corner steering.

CFG Racing Mi9 Spring Steel & Alu Chassis

Swiss based CFG Racing has launched a new chassis line-up for Schumacher’s newly crowned European Champion Mi9 1:10 Electric Touring Car.  First of the chassis is 1.2mm Spring Steel option made in Switzerland which brings together Swiss CNC precision and on-track performance delivering more grip, more stability, and more consistency.  It also keeps tyre temperatures alive with today’s temperature-sensitive compounds, making warm-up easier and mid-corner grip stronger.  CFG Racing say the chassis is best for low to very high grip asphalt and medium to high grip carpet tracks.  Also offering a 1.5mm 7075 Aluminium Chassis, this is for racers chasing lower CG and progressive flex.  Giving a sharper steering, smoother transitions, and a planted, neutral feel this especially works weak when the car needs to rotate but stay calm mid-corner.  On asphalt and carpet this works best on low to medium-high grip.
