Wollanka & Pignotti win at VRC Worlds

Martin Wollanka and Kevin Pignotti are the new VRC Worlds title holders in 1:8th Sportscars and 1:10th ISTC respectively. Martin Wollanka from Austria scored a well-deserved title in his 2014 VRC Worlds campaign after having to settle for second in the 1:10 ISTC VRC Worlds right behind Kevin Pignotti. Martin managed to turn things around in 1:8 Sportscars at the Lostallo event, driving to victory with a 4 seconds lead on Kevin Pignotti. New kid on the block Jakub Rozycki from Poland was lapped by Wollanka at the very last lap of the race when he needed a last fuel stop as to make it to the finish line in 3rd.

VBC Racing Wildfire D07 aluminium chassis

From VBC Racing and made for the Wildfire D07 touring car is a 2mm aluminium chassis plate. The part is machined from 7075 aluminium and it comes black anodised and with laser etched logos. As with all alloy chassis the plate comes in handy on high-bite surfaces such as carpet or treated asphalt as it reduces chassis flex making for improved balance and an easier to drive car.

New Radtec touring car & 1/12th scale options

Radtec have several new aluminium option parts for the Xray T4, the Yokomo BD7 and 1/12th scale pan cars available. First up is a single piece floating servo mount for the 2015 Spec Xray T4. The CNC-machined part is made from 7075-T6 aluminium, it sports a mounting hole for the inner battery stopper and it comes orange anodised to match with the remainder of the car’s alloy parts.

SWorkz Concept S104 Evo 1/10th buggy

SWorkz introduce the Concept S104 Evo 4WD 1/10th scale buggy. Sporting a revised design with updated suspension geometry and shock absorbers the buggy makes also use of the FCSS and Evo 2 systems known from the company’s 1/8th scale buggies. The new stronger suspension arms also add durability and performance as does the standard centre differential that is easily replaced by a slipper clutch if conditions call for it. The buggy is meant to make a first appearance in the hands of SWorkz’s Atsushi Hara at the upcoming Reedy Race of Champions.

Reedy R-Power T-shirt & W15 hoodie

Reedy have new merchandise available in the form of the R-Power T-shirt and the W15 hooded sweatshirt. The T-shirt is 100 percent cotton emblazoned with the up-and-coming R-Power logo up front and with the traditional Reedy Powered logo out back. Avid B5/T5 vented motor plate & pink 17mm wheelnuts

Avid have a new vented motor plate for the Team Associated B5 and T5 as well as pink 17mm Triad wheelnuts available. Starting with the motor plate, the part is made for the use with the B5 and B5M buggies as well as the new T5M truck and it helps to scrub weight while allowing hot air and dirt to get out of the gear cover. The 48 degree angled vents are placed to remove material above the motor, yet still maintain a rigid motor plate to keep gear mesh consistent. The part is fully CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminium and it comes black anodized with chamfered edges for that luxury look.

Officially licensed, precision Icon Vehicle Dynamics aluminium shocks are standard equipment and deliver smooth suspension movement for consistent handling. Axial also included a medium, 3.4mm rear sway bar, 3mm aluminium lower link plates, aluminium 17mm hex hubs and nuts, adjustable steel turnbuckles, and officially licensed 3.8 Falken WildPeak M/T tires in S30 compound.
