STRC’s popular LCG low centre of gravity chassis conversion kit for the Traxxas Slash 4×4 now come in three special colours. The conversion makes for improved handling and on-track performance and it is now available as hard anodised chassis and front bulkhead or matching colour anodised chassis and front bulkhead in green or orange colour. RDRP Ultra Step Ride Height/Droop Gauge

Revolution Design Racing Products introduce the Ultra Step Ride Height/Droop Gauge that is designed to precisely measure the ground clearance of 1/10th and 1/12th scale on-road vehicles as well as the suspension droop of touring car kits. The ground clearance part of the gauge offers an adjustment range of 2mm up to 8mm in 1mm increments while the droop setting can be measured in 0.5mm increments for improved accuracy compared to standard droop gauges. Like the other RDRP Ultra series tools the gauge is constructed from high-quality CNC-machined 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium for durability while white, laser-etched markings help with visibility during setup.

The luxurious version of the moulded-plastic chassis DIB ver.RS which comes standard equipped with high-rigidity blue-anodised aluminium grade-up optional parts. Clamp-type aluminium wheel hex hubs which allows high-precision wheel attachment which maximises traction feeling. Furthermore, the DIB ver. RS Blue Edition is compatible with many optional parts available for the DIB series.

WRC composite bearing adapters

Italian company WRC introduce composite bearing adapters to run smaller and lighter wheel bearings in 1/10th electric touring cars and many F1 chassis. Usual wheel hub bearings weigh in at around 2.3g per pair while WRC’s bearing adapters and smaller wheel bearings scrub around 1.2g a pair meaning two bearings roughly weigh more than 1.1 gram, sparing a good amount of unsprung weight. The adapter are available in sets of four while the suitable bearings come as pairs.

Vizon High Velocity 190mm touring car rear wing

After introducing a set of 3D printed 190mm touring car wings Josh Cyrul now have a third Vizon brand wing available in the form of the “High Velocity”. Manufactured using advanced 3D printing techniques the wing is strong enough to withstand some serious impacts meaning you can actually run it in competition. The special design, inspired by full scale race car bodywork, reduces drag and increases downforce to make the most out of today’s touring car bodies. Like the two previously released wings the part comes white and in a slightly grainy finish and it is highly recommended to paint the wing for flexibility and durability.

Arrowmax B-Max2 aluminium rear bulkhead

Following the rear brass bulkhead for the Yokomo B-Max2 buggy Arrowmax also have a more lightweight aluminium version available. The set adds only a small amount of weight compared to the stock composite part to retain the weight distribution, but it adds a good amount of rigidity especially in the camber link ballstud mounting area. Included also comes a sway bar mounting system to add further adjustability. The bulkhead set is made from 7075 aluminium, it comes blue anodised and laser etched for that pro looks.

Arrma 1/10th 2WD aluminium option parts

New from Arrma and made for their range of 1/10th 2WD off-road vehicles are several red anodised aluminium option parts. Parts to replace the standard kit items in the Mega and BLS range kits include a short and long wheelbase TVP chassis, front and rear shock tower braces, a front hingepin hanger, a motor plate for the upgrades gearbox as well as a wheelie bar axle and servo arms for different servo makes. All parts are made from high quality aluminium, they come red anodised, some are laser-etched for that cool Pro look, and all of them offer improved rigidity over the stock parts.
