Serpent have introduced this 2009 rear suspension upgrade-set for 720 racers. This set allows you to mount the supplied rear uprights and rear lower arms of the 733 to your Serpent 720, the resulting offset will allow for more rear end grip and better cornering. For this the longer pivot balls are needed, which are also supplied.

ABEC35 has introduced the popular 5x11x4mm ball bearings in Type-X specifications, types XSO and XCO. Both feature non contact rubber shields and come lightly oiled and ready to use. Type-X ball bearings are specially made for R/C cars with dedicated radial play and lubrication and are very low friction, withstanding alignment issues found in composite/plastic parts. CSO Racing have released this pair of radio plate mounts for the Serpent 733 1/10th scale 200mm chassis. Made from 7075 T6 aluminium, they are sold in a pair of left and right pieces and while still lightweight they help reduce any flexing in this area. A direct replacement for the standard plastic kit versions.

LRP have introduced the 2nd generation of their XTEC X12 technology, which feature an 8 time (Octa) winding instead of the previous 4 time winding, the effect is a different power characteristic resulting in much higher performance. The LRP R&D team has increased the number of copper wires used in the motor, resulting in lower resistance and thanks to the lower heat development of the octa wind less energy is lost resulting in higher efficiency. The end result is more power.

New for the .21 V-Spec II Speed Racing 4 port and .12XZ Speed, O.S. Engines have released these new rebuild kits. Both kits feature a hardened chrome-plated cylinder liner for high durability and long life and a machined aluminium piston which features parallel rings that trap fuel oils and use them as a seal to enhance compression and boost power. Including everything the racer needs, the kit also comes with one connecting rod, one piston pin and two piston pin retainers.
