JConcepts Subcultures & Sevens tires

Subcultures, the new three tier design from JConcepts are the latest in 1/8th buggy tire development. The first 1/8th buggy tire with three tier lug technology, the precisely spaced pyramid shaped tread provides the initial feel and control for hard packed, loose and loamy conditions while the step base give the necessary height for wet and soft conditions. At the very base is a mesh of tread which provides grip at a time when most tires are left bald. Available in yellow, blue and orange compound and with and without inserts. JConcepts have also announced that their Sevens are now available for 1/8th truck, with and without inserts and also in yellow or blue compound.

TQ Racing SX8 2010 sneak peak

TQ Racing have sent us a sneak peak of their up and coming SX8 2010 car. The new buggy utilizes an all new platform and there will also be a truggy to match in due course. Promising to keep us up to date with the car’s development, its debut is set for the Motorama race and the team also plans to announce the signing of a big name driver to compete for them at the Worlds in Thailand using the new buggy. This racer has numerous national titles in electric and some very strong finishes in gas off road on national level. The same racer will also be competing on a national level with the soon to be released line of electric cars called the SX10 2wd buggy, SX10T Truck and the SX104W 4wd buggy.
