Kyosho Large & Medium pit bags

Kyosho’s new pit bags are available in both medium for 1/10th scale size cars like the V One RRR and FW06, while the large pit bag is made for larger scale vehicles like the 1/8th Evolva Evo M3 and off road buggies like the Inferno MP9. Each bag has 3 separate compartments and each compartment slides into its own heavy duty sleeve which is riveted for extra strength. The compartments and sleeves are made from an industrial strength plastic that will hold up to any abuse you can dish out.

Hudy have released these lightweight chassis droop gauge support blocks forĀ  off-road cars and truggies. The aluminium frame is CNC machined and drilled for a super lightweight design and the size guarantees accurate & precise downstop measurements. It is essential for proper handling to achieve balanced down-travel on each side of the suspension and as such Hudy is the first RC company to develop and produce the first purposefully-designed 1/8 off-road large-size droop gauge support blocks.

Following on from the release of the shock maintenance tool by Much More earlier in the week, comes this similar shock shaft tool. Sporting the same streamlined design for easy handling as the previous tool, this hard anodised black tool allows for safe and easy maintenance of the shock by clamping the shock shaft without scoring the surface. Suitable for use with 1/10 up to 1/8 big bore shocks.

KM Racing have released a sport version of their handy Pitman, pit lane tool box. Similar to their original, it uses FRP plate in place of carbon fibre which is still lightweight but helps reduce the cost. Able to carry a fuel gun and a range of necessary tools, it folds down nice and compact for easy transport. Available in red, blue and gun metal colours.

Taiwanese company Team Magic have released some details on their upcoming M8ER RTR ‘Concept car’. Based on the company’s M8 off road chassis, it will essentially be a brushless powered 1/8th scale buggy and I wouldn’t read anything into the image. Further details as they become available.

Shown for the first time during the Tokyo hobby Show a few months ago, Kyosho have released full details on the new V-One RRR Shim Edition. This special version features many not yet released option parts and the whole car is finished off in Shimo’s signature silver color. Heading the list of upgrades is the new smaller diameter clutch unit as well as the new ‘Velvet coated’ V-One shocks for smoother shock action as well as other nice touches like the different belt tensioner, ventilated brake disk, new 3mm carbon shock tower and hard coated pillow balls for better durability.
