This new clutch has full shoe surface contact to the clutch bell for consistent wear and better acceleration, while the new CNC alloy material clutch shoes and lightweight flywheel improves RPM response to your drive train. Seen for the first time at the toy fair earlier this month, Hudy have released their innovative new pit bag. The first purpose-designed pit bag, it is super lightweight, easy to assemble/disassemble, and is very easy to transport within the outer pockets of your hauler bag (or stored in any regular bag or box). Smartly designed and laid out with open side pockets for items you need to access quickly, tool pockets for engine & carburetor tools (among others), and still more closable pockets for more “expensive” items like thermometers and stop watches. With one large storage compartment designed to precisely fit a 1/8 or 1/10 starter box, the other large storage compartment can be used for spare tires, equipment, and much more. There is even an extra pocket specially designed for a fuel bottle. Another great and unique feature is the adjustable side holder for a quick-fill fuel gun. Being positioned outside the bag interior, there is no more worry about fuel leakage inside the pit bag. The holder can be adjusted to accommodate any type of fuel gun.
Reedy have released all-new 2400mAh and 3400mAh rounded stick pack profile LiPo batteries, meaning they are a perfect fit in cars that accept stick packs exclusively such as Tamiya M-chassis vehicles. However, their universal size means that they can fit in any electric vehicle that accepts 7.2V NiMH stick battery packs. An additional design characteristic is the single cell ‘humps’ that key into chassis’ that accept NiMH batteries in a side-by-side configuration. Economically priced, both packs are perfect for spec class competitions due to the fitment in a wide variety of cars. A Tamiya-style connector with 12AWG wire comes standard, but the connector is easily changed to accommodate individual requirements.
