Olly Jefferies gets skinned by Craft RC

Front running British Touring car driver Olly Jefferies has inked a new sponsorship deal with skins and decal makers Craft RC. The partnership will see the Team Associated driver have all his equipment sport custom made skins, copying his well known body shell artwork. Underneath the new skins, Olly uses a KO Propo transmitter and Much More racing chargers, tire warmers, tire sanders, power supplies and other accessories. Much More Racing UK have also confirmed that they are now distributing the full range of Craft RC products into the UK.

Much More Orange strapping tape

Much More have released this orange colour strapping tape, designed to effectively secure your cells to your chassis plate without the need for a fixed battery strap, saving overall weight. The 50m long and 17mm wide roll has been fabricated from extra high tensile strength reinforced fibre and performs exceptionally well in all temperatures and humidity conditions. VRC Column – Pan Cars & Data Logging

The VRC development team is looking at pan chassis cars like the popular 1:12 scale cars to be added to the electric car selection. Although not finalized yet, 3D models have been created of the popular Associated 12R5 and 10R5 chassis to start testing with. The physics of these type of cars are quite different from the suspension cars and will require more research of VRC’s physics wiz Todd ‘Doc’ Wasson.

Designed to store your 1/8th scale buggy with a side compartment for your transmitter, it can also accept a specifically designed box for the main compartment which has green adhesive tags used on internal compartments to enhance the strength of the box. KM Racing Imperial tool range

Similar to the tools released by KM Racing last September, these new additions to the range come in Imperial sizes. Fitted with special chrome hardened steel tool tips, the hollow lightweight handles are 18mm in diameter for better grip and have 4mm holes to be able to enhance the leverage using another tool tip. Available in .050″, .063″, .093 (in both normal hex & ball), as well as nut drivers in 3/16″, 1/4″ and 11/32″, all tools have the inch size engraved in large writing on the handle for easy identification and are supplied with the end cap as standard.

Losi 8ight-E Aluminium Motor heat sink

With Losi pushing full ahead into the brushless 1/8th scale scene, they need to release some additional extras to help with their performance and this 8ight-E aluminium motor heat sink is one such item. It helps to dissipate the heat produced by high-powered electric motors providing lower operating temperatures, by up to 25 to 30 degrees, longer run times and increased motor life. Suitable for 670-sized motors, it installs easily and removes easily for maintenance.
