Capricorn Q-5TE .21 Buggy engine

Yesterday we showed you the Sirio based Capricorn CL-9TE .21 circuit engine, but the Italian company have also released a new .21 off road buggy engine. Called the Q-5TE, this new 5 port engine features extra porting work on the liner, while the lightened crankshaft has also been polished and sports a large turbo scoop.

Caster Racing ZX1.5R – More photos

Just this week we told you about the soon the be released ZX1-5R, the latest buggy from Caster Racing. The manufacturers were excited about the fact that this buggy now comes in kit form, but apart from this have not released further details, instead choosing to send us more detailed photographs of the kit which you can see above & below.

Team C Racing are the latest company to produce decals for transmitters with the release of their new range. Produced in a number of different colors and designs, and made using high quality material, they are easy to stick and also to remove. Currently available for the Spektrum DX3R and the Futaba 3PK and 4PK.

BMI Racing DB12RR 1/12th scale chassis

Over the past year and a half, BMI Racing have spent alot of time monitoring the performance of their car. As they are always looking to improve and strive to stay ahead of the competition, they have revamped an already good design and made it even better, the result, the DB12RR. Cube Racing have been in contact to tell us about their new low friction black spur gear series. These 64 pitch gears are available in 88T – 106T, are well balanced, light and because they are very low friction they are perfect for 1/10th touring, 1/12th pan car as well as 1/10th buggy.

Team Titan Exhaust gas cooler

No doubt inspired by the pioneering design of Novarossi, Team Titan have released their own exhaust gas cooler. This version uses brass ends for better heatsinking of the exhaust gas, one of which is threaded and can be opened for internal cleaning without the need for a tool. Deep cut aluminium is the most efficient way to cool down the gas going back to the fuel tank, helping to get better run time for your 1/8 and 1/10 scale gas car.

Capricorn CL-9TE On road engine

Italian company Capricorn RC have announced the upcoming release of their CL-9TE .21 circuit engine. Featuring revised internals, the piston and liner timing has been revised and optimized for high performance, while the crankshaft has been hand modified and polished. Supplied with rear ceramic bearings the engine also has a very efficient new red anodized cooling head.
