Losi have released what they expected to be one of the more popular options for the new Mini-T. Racers get an 1100mAh NiMh battery pack that substantially increases speed and run time and a wall charger to go with it. Typical charge time for the included 1100mAh pack is about two hours and the charger can be used with a variety of other Ni-MH battery packs for micro cars and trucks.

More new tires from Atomic RC, this time some foam versions for use on the Kyosho 1/12th scale Spada 09. Pre mounted on white rims, the front tires are available in middle or soft hardnesses, while the rear tires are also available in the same compounds.

Yet even more new releases for the Futaba 3PK from South Korean custom RC design company Craft RC. The new skin is called the Skull flame series, which is available in red and purple, and as per the previous versions it is made from top quality material that is easy to apply and which stays good for a long time.

Following the release of the Cyclone TC, which we showed you back in March, Hot Bodies have released the standard TC parts as option parts for the other Cyclone’s in the range. The front and rear bulkheads, as well as the middle block and motor mount are now available and are all purple anodised with the main difference being aesthetic, no longer featuring a chamfered edge. For performance improvements there are the new shock bodies for smoother shock action, while new front and rear graphite wishbones give an extra lower shock mount. Finally, there is the Cyclone TC sway bar holder that includes everything you need to upgrade to this new system with the exception of the anti-roll bar.

Team Orion have released the Platinum II, a 5000mAh 7.4V LiPo pack, the latest in their already extensive line-up. The 20C cells are once more made by Kokam, and they have been mounted in a rugged impact-resistant protective case, while for further protection the pack has an integrated fuse that protects it in the event of any problems that may occur. The Platinum II features a balancer connection and is supplied with two 4mm gold connectors and a Tamiya plug mounted cable.

Kawada have announced the follow up to their successful M300RSX 1/12th scale chassis, with the release of the Version 2. With most updates centred around the rear of the car, the new features include an updated 1/4″ rear ball diff, a new motor mount suitable for brushless motors and a new motor mount support that adds stiffness following the removal of the top carbon plate seen on the previous version. Finally, for improving the handling, there is a newly designed rear upper brace as well a high traction carbon fibre chassis plate.
