Xray XB808 One-Piece Engine mount

Xray have released this one-piece engine mount for XB808, which has been CNC-machined from premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, hardcoated for extra durability and long life. Ultra-strong construction provides very long life and durability in even the most extreme racing conditions. Providing not only solid engine mounting and easy adjustment, the unique keyed-mount design allows for the easy removal and replacement of the engine without the need for gear mesh re-adjustment.

Kyosho Spada 09 RD-12EX body

Kyosho have announced the release of a new kit and body combination for their Spada 09, 1/12th scale gas powered chassis. The new combo comes with their all new high downforce RD-12EX, a body shell that improves rear grip and overall handling characteristics.

Reedy have announced the upcoming release of their new range of Mini-Max modified motors. Designed to add extra horsepower to your micro vehicle, the motor sports precision ball bearings and replaceable brushes and is suitable for most 1/18th Micro chassis’.

Caster Racing Fusion EX-1R buggy

Caster Racing have officially announced the first production electric powered 1/8 scale buggy. Shown on this site a number of weeks ago, the Fusion EX-1R was entirely designed in the United States by fellow racers and engineers. The goal of Caster Racing was to be able to incorporate as many existing parts from the ZX-1R Nitro version so that it would simplify ordering parts for customers and the ability for hobby stores to carry less skus. The expected release date is June 5th for the sport version, that will be almost ready to run, while the team kit version will be available shortly afterwards with a truggy version following.

RT Streamlined Stratus 200mm body

Seen at the Toy fair back in February, the new Streamlined Dodge Stratus 200mm body from Reckward Tuning is now available. EFRA legal (#2023), with the number in the correct spot according to the 2009 rules, the body offers plenty steering and allows you to drive your car quickly, yet smoothly. Supplied with the rear wing, window masks, the decals shown in the picture as well as a protective over spray film.

AKA complete 3-Day Tire test

We received some pictures from our site sponsors, AKA, of Gil Losi, Jr and team drivers Ryan Lutz, Cody King, Jimmy Wright and Mark Pavidis, who have just completed a three-day marathon of testing the all new AKA tires, wheels and foam inserts on a number of different tracks. The tests went very well and we have been informed that Mark has now left for the EFRA GP in Greece, where he will be competing with the AKA tires.

GM Racing Brushless Pro motors

GM Racing has announced that their new line up of brushless motors are now available. Called the Brushless Pro, these new motors promise to have extremely high performance and high efficiency and are available in 5T, 7T, 8T, 9T and 12T. GM Racing are also releasing 2 new hard cased LiPo packs at the end of June.
