Much More Fleta Competition 2

We showed you early pre release shots a while back of the new speed controller from Much More, called the Fleta Competition 2. The final release pictures have now been released and we also have the specifications of this controller, which is made by KO Propo. This controller only works with brushed motors and can handle a max continuous current of 780A, while the max instantaneous current is 3120A, all this has been packaged in a small and lightweight (18.8g) carbon fibre effect package.

Muchmore DR.4K Discharger

Much More have released their latest state of the art digital discharger system for Sub-C size rechargeable batteries, called the Dr.4K. With technology developed by the R&D team at Much More, the Dr.4K is free from insertion direction, or polarity, of battery packs due to the use of a new free bi-polar system technology. The Dr.4K can discharge 1 to 6 cells and even packs.

WWS Pro 4wd 1/18th kit

We spotted this news on our partner site Kimihiko Yano, it is the WWS Pro 4wd, set to offer a whole new level of performance to the 1/18th 4wd on-road scene. With features such as a mid-mounted belt system, oil shocks and adjustability usually only found on larger scales; this platform will be sure to impress any dedicated racer. The WWS Pro 4wd was developed by WWS Racing, which is renowned in the European micro and large scale racing circuit for high quality competitive kits.

HPI 500cc fuel bottle

HPI Racing in Japan have announced that they have started shipping this new 500cc fuel bottle for nitro car users. Made using a soft squeezable material the bottle sports a HPI skull logo printed in black while the off set fuel pipe ensures that all fuel is reached when fueling your car. The grey anodised pipe comes with a lid to stop fuel contamination and this is attached to the bottle using the attached plastic cable.

3Racing Sub C Battery Box

3Racing have announced the release of this battery box for 7.2V Sub C cells that contains 5 boxes to store 5 packs of batteries respectively. The boxes fit stick packs as well as saddle packs, as well as other arrangements, and have been made from corrugated plastic making them light water repellent and dust free. The large main box sizes up at 340mm x 180mm x 30mm while the small internal boxes are 175mm x 60mm x 30mm and all feature the printed 3Racing logo.

Novak Micro Sensored BL Motor system

Novak Micro Sensored BL Motor system

While specifications and features are not yet fully finalized, Novak have announced that their are in the process of finalising this new micro system which will feature the same sensored technology employed in their GTB, XBR and HV systems. This sensored design ensures silky smooth, low-end throttle and brake performance yet still retains quick response throughout the rest of the throttle and brakes. The motor is a standard 380-size and will easily fit in most available 1/18-scale vehicles such as the Xray M18 shown above. The ESC is roughly the size of Novak’s GTX. Available in the near future.
