Fast Race RGT8 Performance kit

Fast Race from Italy have introduced their new Performance upgrade kit for the HB Racing RGT8 1/8th scale GT car. The set includes new open-style aluminium front and rear bulkheads that allow to remove the differentials in a matter of seconds and without touching the suspension setup. Included in the set are the aluminium bulkhead sides, combined differential and anti-roll bar holder inserts, front and rear shock towers, as well as miscellaneous small parts and mounting hardware.

Samix SCX10 III aluminium servo horn

Coming from Samix and made for the Axial SCX10 III trail truck is an aluminium servo arm. Machined from high-quality aluminium the servo arm is of a clamping design for added security in high stress situations. The servo horn is available in gun metal, black, or silver colour and it includes all needed hardware.

Wallie Builds 4-shoe clutch tool

Wallie Builds have announced the soon release of their new carbon fibre tool for the use with 4-shoe nitro engine clutches. The tool makes is super easy to tighten down the clutch nut and helps with easier building and maintenance. The flywheel tool features a backing on one side of the tool to prevent slipping when tightening the clutch nut. It is machined from high-quality carbon fibre for high durability and a low weight.

JConcepts 1987 Chevy Monte Carlo Street Stock body

Coming from JConcepts is their new 1987 Chevy Monte Carlo street stock body shell. The American produced, sinister, wedged shaped vehicle is now released to the RC enthusiast to fit the latest Street Stock converted vehicles on the market. The crew in the JConcepts R&D department tackled one of its finest projects to date and together with Chevrolet licensing has produced the iconic Monte Carlo. The body shell construction is a shape fit for the RC scene. The vehicles which are wide-bodied, flat paneled and have a low-roof line always track well down the racetrack. A low front chin, bumper construction and pocketed headlights immediately look like punishment is headed your way. The long, swooping, and flat quarter-panels are a staple of this generation vehicle and it certainly cuts like a knife on the oval scene. The cab itself is one of the identifiable features of the Monte Carlo and its balanced positioning and sharp lines makes competitors retreat in fear. A small rear spoiler is built into the back of the model and can be trimmed and added in conditions that require more rear traction. Included in each body set, a 1987 Buick Grand National decal sheet and the paint mask for all windows. As always, each body set is backed with JConcepts customer support and racing heritage. The Monte Carlo measures a 10.75” wheelbase and the inside dimensions of the body are 10.00” front and rear. The body is built for a 2WD buggy conversion of any manufacturer and the body can be added to resemble the original 1:1 counterpart.

Hipex EFRA2695 .12 exhaust pipe

Hipex have introduced their new EFRA2695 exhaust pipe for .12 nitro on-road engines. The 2-chamber exhaust was developed for the use with Novarossi engines and it is recommended for all track styles. Hipex recommends to use their 12 305 manifold for optimised performance.

PSM TA07 FWD conversion kit

PSM from Germany have released a FWD conversion kit for the Tamiya TA07 touring car. The kit will transform the TA07 4WD vehicle into a high performance, full carbon fibre front-wheel drive chassis. It was developed to provide precise and agile handling characteristics and features PSM’s new and unique O-ring style battery mount that allows for quick and easy battery access along with options for battery position adjustments. Also new with this conversion kit is a unique carbon fibre motor mount, featuring a brass PSM emblem. Considering that FWD classes usually race motors with 17.5T and upwards, head dispersion is not an issue and the carbon fibre motor mount brings in low weight and high stiffness. The conversion kit was designed for low profile servos and shorty-style batteries only and it includes 2.25mm carbon fibre chassis and upper deck parts, aluminium steering posts, carbon fibre starting braces, carbon fibre battery braces, a carbon fibre motor mount, a Bando S3M drive belt, as well as mounting hardware.

Pro-Line introduce new 1/10th SC truck pre-mounts

Coming from Pro-Line are three new pre-mounted tyres for 1/10th scale short course trucks. Available soon are the tried and tested Gladiator SC, Badlands MX SC, and BFGoodrich Baja T/A KR2 SC tyres all of which come mounted to Pro-Line’s black Raid 6×30 removable hex wheels. The wheel sets include a pair of 12mm Slash 4×4 front/rear (Slash 2WD rear) hexes and a pair of 12mm Slash 2WD front hexes that fit the most popular trucks. Optional 14mm, 17mm and ProTrac offset 12mm hexes are available separately to fit virtually any application.

JConcepts B74 blue aluminium motor & diff mount set

JConcepts are busy adding more Team Associated B74 optionals to their line-up with the latest being the blue aluminium motor and diff mount set. The set is machined in high-grade aluminium and anodised blue for top-notch looks. The option part aligns and drops under the centre diff/slipper and attaches to the chassis using the stock hardware. The mount attaches to the motor with the stock hardware and stays with the motor during installation and routine in and out procedures. Once the motor is slid into the diff mount, the rigid assembly and lightweight construction of the mount is a perfect complement to the B74. The section can be topped off with JConcepts’ optional centre bulkhead top-plate for a robust assembly.
