Lit R/C Products 8ight-X C & D blocks

Lit R/C Products have introduced their new lightweight C and D suspension blocks for the TLR 8ight-X buggy. The suspension blocks are machined out of 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminium and are anodised black for surface protection and looks. The blocks have been designed to use square pill inserts, this allows the user to achieve multiple pill orientations not possible on the current 8ight-X platforms. The square pills inserts are machined out of Delrin for direct fitment in the blocks and in addition to allowing for multiple pill orientations is the capability to raise or lower the rear end roll centre or to widen the hinge pins with the included square pill inserts. The set includes the C and D blocks as well as 20 inserts.

SWorkz S35-4 carbon fibre rear arm covers

Following the introduction of carbon fibre lower front arm cover, SWorkz also release the respective rear arm covers. They are available in 1.0mm, 1.5mm, and 2.0mm thickness, allowing to adjust overall arm flex according to track conditions of personal preferences. Each thickness is available as separate sets and they include 3mm socket head screws.

Hot Race Tyres 1/10th buggy carpet tyres

Hot Race Tyres from Italy have dedicated 1/10th scale buggy carpet and astro turf tyres available for both 2WD and 4WD vehicles. The front variant is of a common split block design, ensuring exceptional performance on both astro turf and carpet surfaces. The rear tyre is of a mini pin design, again usable for both astro turf and carpet tracks. The tyres are available in medium and hard compound with the medium compound for the fronts being ideal for medium to high-bite astro and black CRC carpet tracks while the hard compound is recommended for EOS and low to medium grip astro turf tracks. For the rear Hot Race Tyres recommends the medium compound for astro turf and the hard compound for black CRC carpet surfaces.

MCD Racing DUOX large scale touring car kit – Teaser

Turkish large scale specialists MCD Racing have released two teaser images of their forthcoming new DUOX rear-wheel drive 1/5th scale gas-powered touring car kit. The DUOX is an outcome of MCD’s passion to take on a new innovation challenge to create the ultimate 2WD large scale touring race car. While developing the car the main focus was to never compromise on racing capabilities while offering a reliable driving and maintenance experience. Massive care was put into maintaining the core character of MCD Racing’s “racer centered design” philosophy while maximising overall performance. The car is currently in its final development stages and set for a release in the first quarter of 2021.

Answer-RC XB4 carbon kevlar chassis side guards

Coming from Answer-RC and made for the Xray XB4 1/10th scale 4WD buggy are new carbon kevlar chassis side guards. The hand-laid carbon fibre and kevlar side guards are both stiff and light of weight as they weigh in at about 50 percent of the standard Xray parts. Included with the side pods comes suitable mounting hardware.

MR33 belt booster fluid

Available now from Marc Rheinard’s MR33 brand is the belt booster fluid that was developed to reduce overall drivetrain friction. The chemical will be applied directly to the belts and pulleys where it will reduce the natural drivetrain friction without compromising durability of the belts or pulleys, making it ideal for both stock and modified motor racing alike. The fluid comes in 100ml foam tip bottles.

RC Maker A800MMX brass & carbon AFEP

Coming from RC Maker and made for the Awesomatix A800MMX touring car are two adjustable floating electronics plate sets. They were designed to placing the weight down low, in the best position, whilst having absolutely no impact on the flex of the car. With both brass and carbon options, as well as an even heavier brass plate option, drivers have all the tuning options they could ever want to achieve the desired balance. The AFEP system can also be shimmed out from the motor-mount to further increase the tuning adjustability. The standard brass set will weigh in at 23g with the optional 25g plate making it 35g in total. As for the carbon fibre variant, it will weigh in at 12g. Both also allow the easy removal of the electronics plate from the car for maintenance and cleaning purposes.

Yeah Racing aluminium pinion gear carrier

Yeah Racing have introduced their new aluminium pinion gear carrier that holds up to six pinions. The carrier is machined from high-quality aluminium and it comes black anodised for surface protection and looks. Machined silver edge details make the part stand out. The accessory measures 92x63x10mm and it can take 64 pitch gears of up to 60T or 48 pitch gears of up to 45T in size.
