LMR A319 Stiffy engine mount

Nemo Racing have introduced the new Stiffy engine mount for the Agama A319 nitro buggy. Designed to improve reliability and consistency, the fit and forget product is understood to make for a more dependable gear mesh setting regardless the track conditions by reinforcing the engine and centre drivetrain chassis area. The engine mount is machined from high-quality aluminium and it comes black anodised for wear and looks.

Kyosho Fantom vintage 1/12th scale 4WD pan car

Kyosho Europe have released first images of the forthcoming new Fantom EP-4WD vintage 1/12th scale 4WD pan car kit. A first teaser image of the vintage re-release kit already created some stir last week with first images of the real deal making clear that Kyosho is going to bring back one of its most iconic electric on-road cars. The Fantom 4WD will feature simple suspension components, a chain-driven 4WD drivetrain with a gear rear differential, and it is based on a double deck chassis that sandwiches the electronic components such as the steering servo, the electronic speed controller and the battery pack. Arrowmax V2 Ultra pinion holder

Arrowmax have released their newest addition for the black-golden line-up in the form of a V2 Ultra pinion holder. Using high-quality aluminium with detailed CNC machining, the cylindrical design pinion holders are ultra lightweight and can hold up to 28 48 pitch or 64 pitch pinions. The accessory comes in Arrowmax’s signature honeycomb design with white Arrowmax logos.

Agama A319E 1/8th scale E-buggy kit – Coming soon

Following a first teaser image back in February, UK Agama distributors Nemo Racing have released more images of their forthcoming new A319E 1/8th scale E-buggy kit. The vehicle will build on the popular A319 nitro buggy, utilising its suspension and most drivetrain components while the clamping motor mount and all other electric-specific parts have been purpose-designed for the electric-powered variant. Official details about the features and specifications have yet to surface but for now here are some nice images of the production kit.

T-Works dual use 5.5mm/7mm socket driver

Coming from T-Works is their new dual use 5.5mm/7mm socket driver. Of a clever design the tool allows to access a 5.5mm or 7mm nut driver by simply twisting and sliding the tool tip body up and down, with he “up” position offering a 7mm nut driver while pushing down the cap down reveals the smaller 5.5mm nut driver. The wrench utilises T-Works’ standard aluminium tool handle with the tool tip being made of hard anodised aluminium.

Yokomo BD10 RTC system & more optionals

Yokomo have announced the release of new optional parts for the BD10 touring car in the form of the RTC rear toe control system as well as several weight options. Starting with the RTC system, the kit allows to convert the rear suspension into a reactive toe change design that will improve stability or agility by changing the rear tyre toe using chassis roll in corners. By adjusting the height of the inner toe link different settings can be accessed in order to improve rear stability or agility with the system being a hot ticket when running outdoors. The kit includes updated rear arms, weight-optimised steering knuckles and C-hubs as well as lightweight mounting hardware.

Tamiya TC-01 Formula E Gen2 4WD kit

Following a couple of teasers on social media during the recent week, Tamiya have fully unveiled their all new 190mm TC-01 shaft-driven 4WD on-road chassis that comes decked off with a fantastic looking Formula E Gen2 body shell. Starting with the chassis, the all-new TC-01 platform utilises an inboard shock absorber design to ensure an ultra-low centre of gravity while the centralised weight distribution with a mid motor and rear-mounted battery pack promises exceptional performance on the track. The suspension geometry with camber, caster, and toe angles is widely adjustable using shims, allowing to access complex setups while the standard 12mm hex touring car rims enable the driver to use a near endless range of rim and tyre combinations. The drivetrain is equipped with an oil-filled gear differential and while the kit comes with a multi-part Formula E Gen2 body shell, the chassis is also usable with standard 190mm touring car body shells. The kit will hit stores in August.

Tamiya TA07RR 4WD electric touring car kit

Coming soon from Tamiya is their new TA07RR 4WD electric touring car kit. Of a mid-motor design the RR version of Tamiya’s popular intermediate-level tourer comes including a host of option parts such as carbon fibre upper decks, an aluminium servo and middle deck mount, carbon reinforced bulkheads, adjustable aluminium arm mounts, the TRF419 Upgrade Set suspension parts, TRF 37T front pulley and rear gear differential, TRF420 front axles, double joint driveshafts, TRF Super Short shock absorbers including the TRF-SSBB shock upgrade set, TA07 aluminium steering arms and many more. Also included is a set of anti-roll bar wires specially developed for the use with Tamiya Challenge Cup tyres. Full details will become available in time of the release with a definite date not being set yet.
