Yeah Racing release new TT-01E alloy optionals

Coming from Yeah Racing and made for the popular Tamiya TT-01E entry level 4WD touring car are new aluminium suspension and drivetrain optionals. The range includes front and rear upper and lower arms, with the upper arms being of an adjustable design to allow for effortless fine-tuning of the wheel camber angles. The wishbones are machined from high-quality aluminium, they come red anodised, with laser-etched engravings for looks and including mounting hardware. As for the CV-style driveshafts, they are of a hybrid design with a durable steel wheel axle and a lightweight aluminium dogbone. Like the suspension arms the dog bones come red anodised for looks and surface protection. The parts are also available as a complete set including a lot of other sensible optionals that make the TT-01E stand out.

Infinity IF14-2 bulkhead alignment tool

Creation Model have introduced the new Infinity bulkhead alignment tool for the use with the recently introduced IF14-2 touring car. Machined from aluminium and coming in a 2-tone black and red anodised finish the block allows to straighten the front and rear bulkhead assemblies during building and maintenance. The result of perfectly aligned lower bulkhead halves are a tweak-free chassis assembly as well as a more efficient drivetrain all of which leads to a faster and more predictable ride. The set includes the bulkhead alignment block as well as two steel pins that help to further straighten the assembly. The pins can be attached to the bulkhead block during storage and transportation for more convenience.

Capricorn C04 rear linkage system

Coming from Capricorn and made for their brand new C04 platform is an optional rear linkage system. The kit allows to use a turnbuckle and ball cup system instead of the original rear upper arm which will greatly increase the flex of the rear arms, something that can be beneficial in certain temperatures and track conditions. The inner part of the linkage will have the same adjustability as the original design as adjustments of the roll centre will be carried out by aluminium eccentric inserts.

Wrap-Up Next from Japan have released first renderings of their forthcoming new Nervis-R RWD drift car kit. It utilises a high centre of gravity inline rear motor setup, an upside down high centre of gravity servo mount as well as a highly adjustable battery positioning. 1up Racing UltraLite carbon fibre nitro sedan winglets

1up Racing have introduced their new UltraLite carbon fibre winglets for 1/10th 200mm nitro sedan body shells. Weighing just 1.3g for the pair, these set a new standard for lightweight winglets and the extremely thin profile reduces drag as they slice through the air. CNC cut with 3M Extreme adhesive pre-applied make mounting easier than ever. Rounded corners not only look great but also allow for the largest winglet possible while still getting through the tech inspection without any problems. The set includes four winglets.

Serpent SRX2 Gen3 Carpet 2WD buggy kit

Coming soon from Serpent and based off of the SRX2 Gen3 buggy is a specific carpet variant that will include a gear differential as well as front and rear anti-roll bars. Like the Gen3, the carpet-specific kit is made up using 85 percent new parts, however most of the previous parts are still usable with the Gen3 kits. The car utilises a new chassis that features optimised flex characteristics while accepting optional chassis weights, allowing to adjust the overall weight as well as the weight balance for a wide range of track conditions. Updated side pods, that match the chassis and separated bulkhead supports add to the overall construction. With the use of optional carbon fibre side stiffeners the chassis flex can be fine-tuned to suit the driver’s needs.

ARC R8 series 20T & 25T pinion gears

Coming from ARC and made for their R8 series of 1/8th on-road cars are new 1st and 2nd gear 0.8 module pinions. The gears are available as 20T 1st and 25T 2nd gear pinion that are usable for the current R8.2 kit as well as the older specification R8.1 and R8.0 cars. The gears come marked for easy identification.

RDRP B74 front & rear aluminium differential case

Revolution Design Racing Products have introduced a new aluminium front/rear differential case for the Team Associated B74 buggy. The case is machined from aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminium and it sports a heatsink design to further help with heat dissipation. Using the part over the standard composite cage not only improves the precision of the drivetrain, the greatly improved heat transfer also keeps the diff oil much cooler – compared to using the standard plastic case – which results in a much more consistent drivetrain behaviour over the full run; even in high ambient temperatures. The diff case comes hard anodised for wear and looks and it includes a set of suitable inner cross pins for the internal gears. The part fits the B74 buggy equipped with the standard gear differentials.
