Compliment your race machine with a set of genuine 1up Racing Pro Duty turnbuckles. 1up have selected the best possible grade 5 6AL4V raw titanium so they can use less of it for an ultra lightweight and sleek design. A Pro Duty 3.5mm turnbuckle is 24% lighter than an AE kit 3mm turnbuckle and 51% lighter than a TLR kit 3.5mm turnbuckle. ProTek RC 8800mAh & 7100mAh drag spec packs

The RC drag racing community spoke and ProTek RC listened and is now launching its own line of drag racing specific LiPo batteries. The ProTek RC 2S 200C 2s5p 7.6V/8800mAh shorty pack and ProTek RC 2S 200C 2s4p 7.6V/7100mAh shorty pack are designed with a moulded hard case for added protection. Both ProTek RC batteries are outfitted with large 8mm output bullets for low IR connections between the ESC and battery, eliminating weight and clutter within the chassis of the car by not having plugs. Both batteries feature a 200C burst cell rating and the 2s4p and 2s5p cell configurations drastically help with the voltage drop from high amperage experienced in drag racing. The 8800mAh and lighter weight 7100mAh both have been rigorously raced and tested by ProTek RC Pro Race Team member Frank Ulbrik, and have posted some of the fastest recorded NPRC passes this year.

T-Works rotor replacement tool

T-Works have produced this 540 motor rotor replacement tool for Hobbywing motors. Non magnetic, it fits and is placed between the rotor and the stator to allow you to easily remove or replace the rotor easily and without either part interfering with the other.

JConcepts Mini-T 2.0 & B Fin titanium turnbuckle set

JConcepts have produced a titanium Fin turnbuckle set for the Losi Mini-T 2.0 & Mini-B. The base of the design is centered around a 4mm titanium hex size which gradually tapers down into a 2.5mm thread base design which accepts the standard Losi Mini-T and Mini-B ball-cup configuration. The focus of the styling surrounds the lengthened adjustment hex area and the ‘finned’ cut that rotate about the centre. The turnbuckles are lightweight, and the original ‘Fin’ design brings out the glamour and quality that makes titanium one of the most sought-after exotic materials in the world. The JConcepts turnbuckles are produced with left- and right-hand threads for ease of adjustment. The #2975 has another feature, a black colouring which gives the stealthiest look in the pits and on the track.

Avid neoprene anti-slip pit mat

Avid’s new pit mat is 120x60cm and is made from a 2mm thin lightweight neoprene material. It features a rubber anti-slip backing and includes a white nylon traveling bag. This soft pit mat looks great and is easy to roll up making it great for travel.

Infinity 1/8th wheel reamer

Creation Model have released this Infinity wheel reamer to widen the hole diameter of 1/8 GP racing car wheels to the optimal size (12mm). If the wheel and axle shaft are too tight, it can cause problems such as not being able to install the wheel correctly or not being able to change tires efficiently during pit stops. This wheel reamer is used by threading it through the hole in the wheel while turning it.

Rêve D 7-spoke JD7 wheels

Rêve D introduce their sharp looking 7-spoke JD7 wheel to their competition wheel series, which is popular for its light weight and high traction. There are two colours available, matte black and matte white and a new 8mm offset is also available, which has received many requests in addition to the conventional 6mm. This new design maintains the highest performance criteria of light weight, about 11g per piece, and high traction, all with a large inner diameter & thin rim.

The new project counts among its founders and collaborators, the best technicians that were previously involved in Novarossi. The new company is strongly focused on the goal of guaranteeing an obsessive quality in the product. with a strong and continuous drive towards innovation and research. They said, ‘The quality and passion of our organization represent in this sense an element of strong continuity with the best years of Novarossi. With the insertion of new technical staff, the help of new design software and the latest generation machinery we are able to satisfy and guarantee the demands of a constantly evolving market togethere with a Customer Assistance service that is now more than ever necessary for our market.’ As they get up to speed their first product are glow plugs, with pipes and manifolds hitting the market in about 2 weeks with engines starting to become available by August.
