Protoform have released a first teaser image of their forthcoming all-new Vittoria 1/10th scale GT body shell. Full details of the 190mm USGT body will surface very soon from what is understood.

Coming from EFRA European Champion, Toni Gruber’s Scorpion Champion Products brand are new greases for drive shafts and thrust bearings. Starting with the swing shaft grease for CV-style drive shafts, the product will keeping shafts, couplers and axles in best possible condition, reducing wear and increasing the assemblies’ efficiency. The grease is usable in all weather conditions and it comes in handy cans for easy application.
Tamiya have introduced new carbon fibre front and rear shock towers for the TRF420 touring car that allow to use longer shock absorbers. Originally designed for the low-profile TRF-SSBB shocks, the new shock towers allow to run longer dampers such as the #42102 TRF shocks which is a welcomed tuning aid for bumpy parking lot tracks where shocks with longer stroke can improve the handling of the car. The towers are machined from high-quality carbon fibre and they come as a 2-piece set including the front and rear shock stay.
Avid have announced the release of their new ULP lower shock towers for the Xray T4 2020 touring car. The towers are made from 2.5mm thick 100 percent premium hard carbon fibre and they allow to run the kit shocks in the lower arm position for those high bite tracks where getting tippy is a problem. Also, due to using thinner 2.5mm hard carbon fibre the shock stays maintain their stiffness but lose some weight since the point is to lower the CG with the shocks. The shock towers are available separately or as set.
Coming from Monaco RC is their new charging cable for 2S LiPo battery packs. The high quality harness comes pre-wired with 4mm charger and stepped 4mm/5mm battery connectors as well as an industry standard balancer connector. Covered in black mesh the wires are protected yet nicely bundled for a clean look with the proud Monaco RC logo making the cable stand out.

RC Maker have introduced their latest brass option part for the Awesomatix A800 mid motor range in the form of a front centre weight. With the ultimate place to add weight to basically any car being the centre of the chassis, this weight locates in the dead centre in-front of the motor mount, extending to under the steering rack. Designed to be used with all the Awesomatix A800 mid motor variations, including the MMX, MMXA and MMCX, it is the perfect way of adding 10g in the centre and nice and low on the chassis. The weight also includes a 0.5mm carbon shim for spacing the weight off the chassis to minimise any flex impedance.

Coming soon from Mugen is their new MRX6X 1/8th scale nitro on-road kit. The MRX6X is inspired and based off the products used by Mugen Seiki driver, Shoki Takahata, to capture the 2019 IFMAR 1/8th On-Road World Championship title. The new features help to improve steering, rear traction, drive train efficiency, and drivability. First up is a new front suspension geometry. Updated front uprights and aluminium bearing holders give more overall steering and offer a more precise steering feel. The shape of the upper front arm also changed to accommodate the current bodies on the market. The new front shock tower and lower shock mounts sport a new geometry that increases steering in the middle to the exit of the turn. Another new part are also updated front drive shaft that allow increase steering angles and more overall steering and they are equipped with new front wheel levers while updated rear rear wheel levers are also standard equipment on the MRX6X and allow easier installing/removing of the wheels. Also new is an updated rear suspension geometry. The new rear upper A-arms and rear upper arm plate help improve rear traction. The drivetrain now utilises 0.8M pinion and spur gears that will increase drive train efficiency for increased acceleration and runtime. Also new is an updated roll bar for easier refuelling. This will allow quicker pit stops.

1up Racing have introduced their new Pro car stand for on-road cars. Moulded from extremely dense and durable foam material the stand is resistant to tyre additives and nitro fuel. The elongated stand supports pan car and F1 rear pods while providing a very stable base for narrow nitro car chassis as well.
