RC Maker X4 carbon option parts

RC Maker have produced more new carbon items for the Xray X4, starting with this GeoCarbon floating front servo mount plate. It offers the ability to float the steering off the chassis, removing any interference with chassis flex. The bonus of this, is it’s also possible to lower the whole steering rack in the car by installing shims under the bellcrank posts and removing them from the steering arm (to maintain the same bump steer). RC Maker clam that this lowers the whole centre of gravity of the car, yielding faster response and more agile handling.

RC Maker GeoCarbon car/tire warmer stand & parts trays

A number of new GeoCarbon goodies from RC Maker starting with this car stand for 1/10th & 1/12th Onroad which doubles as a mount for your Arrowmax tire warmers. Featuring a lightweight, minimalistic design, its 5mm carbon construction allows the ‘Skeleton’ style design to be extremely durable, yet very lightweight. The car stand features anti-slip rubber feet, as well as anti-slip thin rubber on the top, ensuring your car stays put and there’s no damage to your chassis or the car stand. Mounting the tire warmer inside gives you a platform for you to sit your car while you warm. To do this it requires the separately available 3D printed mounts to be mounted inside. The remaining two items are parts trays, with the first doubles as a setup station. This updated version features a different layout to maximise tray space, with an increased footprint. It features a solid construction of dual layer carbon fibre, with integrated micro magnets to hold small parts. There are 5 large parts compartments at your disposal on the tray, as well as a setup wheel nut holder and body pin holder. It also features a horizontal and vertical toe gauge holder, saving lots of room on your pit bench. The second parts tray is a new longer and thinner version which again is made up of dual layer carbon fibre, with integrated micro magnets to hold small parts or tools. There are 9 parts compartments at your disposal on the tray, as well as a body pin holder to keep your parts separate and organised.
