Schumacher Racing introduce new hard tire inserts for Short Course trucks. The hard compound foams are designed for rims with equal inner and outer diameter and suitable for nearly all Short Course truck tires. They are sold in pairs and available now.

Futura cleaner has been developed to solve the problem of traction build up on your tires to keep the performance similar the next time you use them. The only way to do this is to remove the traction buildup to keep them consistent from run to run and this cleaner will remove that buildup from the tires. Cleaner is formulated for both rubber and foam tires and especially on foam tires it’s able to open the foam pore, making the tire softer and prepare it for the application of new additive.

These tires are already trued to the most common diameters for heats and qualifying and will be available on the most common rim styles and most common shore combinations. You will save money, storage space and time, because no truing time, no waiting in the truing area, just put them on the car straight out of the box and the price for these these TQs will be significant lower the the Final (Standard) size tires. The 1/10 scale fronts come in 60mm, instead of 64mm, while the rears are 62mm instead of 66mm. The 1/8 scale fronts are 67mm, instead of 71mm, while the rears are 74mm, instead of 78mm.
Futura 2012 have released their new tyre additive for wet surfaces. This new additive has been made with special components to improve traction on tire treads on slippery wet surfaces. It is enough to apply the additive on the tyre 2 minutes before the race or apply 2 coats for better traction, leaving couple of minutes between applications. Also Futura Wet comes in handy airtight cans with application brush, suitable for foam and rubber tyre.

Italian company Vertigo performance tyres have released a new rim made with a light polymer with graphite polymer inside. The new rims guarantees top performance during a complete race, without the structural deformation normally caused by hot temperatures. Also with this new material Vertigo have improved the structural design of the wheel to improve upon some minor structural deformation.
