Designed especially for the drift class, the motor has been designed to decelerate less than a standard motor which contributes to improved attitude control on low traction surfaces making controllable driving possible. Team Zombie Evo 2.5T Drag motor

Team Zombie have released a first look at a version of their Evo motor for the popular drag racing scene. This 2.5T Pro Mod motor should provide the instant power required for super fast speed runs. Based on the company’s Evo motor which features a 1-piece aluminium can that covers most of the stator, it leaves open the large alloy insulator which ensures improved overall cooling. The endbell also sports cooling openings to further improve airflow through the can.

Rêve D 5000mAh LiPo battery

Rêve D have introduced this large capacity 5000mAh LiPo battery. Equipped with 100C high power delivery and a large capacity for longer runtime, it comes in the standard shorty size of 46.5 x 96 x 25mm. Compared to the current RB-37S (3700mAh) battery there is a weight difference of around 60g, making it possible to adjust the weight balance of the chassis and to comply with the minimum weight regulations at some competitions. Not only suitable for drifting it can also be used for offroad and onroad categories.

XTR range of competition LiPo batteries

XTR have presented their first range of competition LiPo batteries. All four 120C packs are hard cased, produced in LiHV and feature 5mm banana connections. The range includes 3 x 7.6V packs, a 8100mAh stick pack (298 grams), a 6000mAh LCG pack (254grams) and a 6000mAh shorty (214 grams) with the single 15.2V pack (580 grams) being a 8000mAh version.
