Joelson wins at SA on-road gas championship Rd2

The 2nd Round of the South African National Championship was held at the TVR Raceway near Johannesburg. Drivers from all over the country attended the event that was run on a track with a fast and flowing layout with medium traction that saw many drivers struggling to make 5 minutes in the qualifiers. Current SA champ Wayne Joelson was the only driver to complete 19 laps taking the TQ position. Sundays finals had much cooler weather, so the traction was much better, but engine tuning became even more critical. Wayne took the win after 45 Minutes followed by young upcoming driver Ayrton Vermaak and Willie Noordman in 3rd.
