Henriksen wins Danish 1/8th Nationals

Henriksen wins Danish 1/8th Nationals

The last round of the Danish 1/8th scale nationals was run at ODRC club in Odense. The track is small and has no space for error’s so it’s technically challenging to drive 1/8 on this track and it’s normally very slippery too. There was some rain overnight and it actually cleaned the track so the grip was better on Sunday. After 5 rounds Shepherd driver Henrik Christensen was leading with only 2 points, and the Danish point system also gives points for TQ, so when fellow Shepherd-Novarossi racer Jon Pedersen took the TQ on Saturday there was only one point between 1st and 2nd place. He took the pole-position in front of Henrik Christensen and Mikael Skals in third position.
