Jason Nugroho wins Jakarta Buggy Championship Rd4

Jason Nugroho wins Jakarta Buggy Championship Rd4

The 4th round of the Jakarta Buggy Championship was held at the Graha Raya Track in Serpong, West Java. The race format would be 3 rounds of 10 minutes qualifying with the two best rounds to count followed by the finals with 5 drivers bumping up to the next main. The 45 minute main final then got tough and challenging for many drivers as the dusty track caused a lot of flame-outs and it was Jason Nugroho, coming from 5th position on the grid, who made the best out of the conditions by getting in front around the 30 minute mark and never looking back. The Xray driver was able to retain the lead to take the win in front of Adrian Wicaksono (Kyosho) and Chopin Yusuf (HongNor).

Jon Hazlewood wraps up UK Truggy Championship

 http://www.nemoracing.com/blogs/news/15612144-hazlewood-uk-national-truggy-champion

On the back of the UK Buggy success, Jon Hazlewood continued the run of Championships for Agama/Nemo Racing by taking the BRCA National Truggy title. Coming into to the weekend, Jon was in a very strong Championship position needing only a decent result to ensure the Championship went his way. As it was Jon drove well within himself to place his truck 3rd on the day to secure his title. The race was won by Bullitt driver Graham Alsop making a 1 off appearance in the Truggy series this year after a close battle with another Agama driver, and BRCA Junior Buggy Champion Ollie Currie. Ollie has competed well at the Truggy races this year and this result would actually secure 2nd overall in the series for him, and would complete an Agama 1-2. 3rd overall in the series was another Bullitt/Beta man, Michael Lewis. Coming into the weekend, Michael was actually the only man who could deny Hazlewood the Championship, but a not so good round by his standards saw him fall to 3rd overall behind Ollie.
