Round two of the 6-event Nitro-West-Masters 2015 was recently held in Haltern. It was the third race meeting on the 234 meter track since its comeback in 2012 following a break of a couple of years. The track, located on the site of a driving training centre, is well-known for the nice atmosphere in the paddock with lots of tents and for its small but high rostrum. …bodyshell is an air cooling channel set. Containing three pre-cut 0.75mm Lexan parts the system routes the air directly to the air filter and provides a better cooling and improved performance of the engine. All required mounting material is included in the set. As for the bodyshell it is available in the material thicknesses of 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 mm and it comes pre-cut cut while the 1.0 and 1.5mm variants being also available with the side and rear windows cut out. Jared Tebo would take 5th following a great comeback from a disastrous opening lap that saw him drop to last at the end of the first lap. The fourth round of the Greek Touring Series was held at the FRT track in Athens. The race was a good opportunity for many drivers to test their cars and skills for the upcoming second round of the National Championship that will be held on the same track in June and at the end of the qualifying it was Xray’s Georgiadis who took the TQ position from Yokomo driver Mitropoulos and Papachristos (Xray). …South American Off-road Championships. The event attracted drivers from many different countries including US boy Kris Moore of Mugen USA. The TQ honours in the Nitro Buggy class went to Agustin Cutini while in the Truggy class the TQ was set by Adrian Castro. In the Buggy final Agustin Cutini (Mugen) was able to conserve his qualifying performance to come out successful in front of Sebastian Recio (Mugen) and Adrian Castro (Mugen) while in the Truggy class Adrian Castro (Mugen) grabbed the title. Made for the X1 formula car are new aluminium eccentric bushings from Xray. Available are 1 dot 1.5°-2.0° and 2 dot 1.0°-2.5° camber as well as 1 dot 6°-9° and 2 dot 3°-12° caster bushings that replace the standard composite ones. Coming in pairs the parts are made from orange anodised 7075 aluminium for improved durability and they are marked for easy identification.
