The second round of the X-Factory UK Winter Series took place this past Saturday in Watford, United Kingdom, with several new faces competing at this event too. The opening round of the Xray Racing Series Slovenia was held at the Genius Ring track in Medeuzza, Italy. In the Touring 13.5T Stock class it was Nejc Mihelic with the overall TQ while the Formula class was top qualified by Matej Dobnikar. After the Touring A-mains it was still Nejc on the top spot, leaving behind Viktor Bolsec who came all the way from P6 on the grid. Bjan Miklozic would round out an all-Xray top 3 podium result. The second round of the 2019/2020 Essex Winter Series took place this weekend at the popular indoor venue in the south-east of the UK. Elliott Harper, who had taken the TQ and overall win at the opening round of the series last month, set the initial pace in the Modified class as he topped Q1. The 2019 1/10 Jay Leno’s Garage Offroad Australian Nationals were held at the Keilor club in Melbourne, Australia recently. Around 230 entries were received from all around the country for the event, and the club prepared a brand new track layout which was fast and challenging. Mother nature made life difficult with very hot and windy conditions during practice and 2WD day, and unfortunately heavy rain which forced the cancellation of the 4WD and truck classes.
