Great care was taken to refine the design in order to achieve a body that creates maximum stability with enhanced steering feeling and increased airflow to lower the engine temperature. …1/10th 200mm car in a one off deal for the 200mm World Championships in Bangkok next month. Following a test session in Italy recently the German driver inked the deal which sees him return to the class for the first time since finishing 3rd in Houston 2 years ago. With the factory Tamiya driver confirmed it will mean for the first time that all ISTC Electric World Champions will be competing at this event with Jilles Groskamp (Capricorn), Andy Moore (HB), Atsushi Hara (HB) and Surikarn C. The schedule for the sixth season of the Euro Touring Series has been finalised with the exciting news that the Hudy Racing Arena in Slovakia will open its doors to its first international race meeting by hosting the season finale of the world famous electric touring car championship next Summer. …immediately running perfectly at very low temperatures combining a good fuel consumption and a high top speed. On Saturday morning the track had a lot of grip so we decided to use the R18 body. Qualifying went fantastic and at the end of the day Michele was on top of the time sheets in front of great drivers like Lamberto Collari, Andrea Pirani, Paolo Morganti, the Salemi brothers and others. There are very few rule changes for the second season of the championship, reflecting the success of the series and support of the drivers. The season takes place over six 1-day rounds, starting in October 2012 and running through to March 2013. …and setting a pace not to be matched in that class all weekend. During the main events Zack took an easy A-1 but a miscue in A-2 led to a brutal finish which meant A-3 would be a deciding main. Zack took an early lead, held a close battle early and stretched it for an easy A-3 victory wrapping up the 4WD stock championship.
