WOW Raceway in Clermont, FL hosted round 4 of the popular R/C Pro Series. With a competitive crowd and packed pit area, Florida racers were once again ready to go, putting in the late hours and heavy wrenching for a shot at Saturday glory. The 5th round of this years national championship was held at the Adur circuit in Brighton. The track was built only a couple of years ago with the club doing a fantastic job in providing a very challenging facility in which the drivers have to quickly adapt to since it is the smoothest and tightest track in the country. The track layout is actually formed on a small area of continuous tarmac, originally marked out using heavy duty rope but this is now revised to include Astroturf over timber contour boards and also profiled concrete kerbs at potential cross over…

CRC factory driver Brian Wynn took his CRC/Losi XXX-T Short Course conversion kit to an A-main victory at the recent Short Course Nationals hosted by R/C Madness in Enfield, CT. Competing in national competition for the first time, Brian’s Losi XXX-T truck, converted to Short Course with the CRC conversion kit, easily dominated the A-main with a 5 second gap to second place. With over 230 entries, the Short Course Nationals in Connecticut proved to be a tough test of handling, power and driving.
