Tiverton Nationals report by oOple

Last weekend saw the first round of the 2007 Electric off road nationals held at the Heazel Arena, Tivertons indoor racing venue. Jimmy and Vicky were there, racing, snapping photos and taking notes and they now have their race report online. Pro Line Indoor Challenge – Full report

…Indoor Nitro Challenge last weekend, nothing beats actually being there and absolutely nothing beats an oOple report. Hot Bodies Cyclone D4 shipping

Just a quick word to say that HPI Japan have announced that the long awaited Hot Bodies Cyclone D4 4wd buggy will be shipping in April, so expect to see in your local hobby shop or online store in the next couple of weeks. As well as announcing the cars release HPI Japan have also shipped some optionals for the D4 like a 1.2mm anti-roll bar instead of the kit 1.4mm, a high downforce wing and a front one-way axle. Fabrizio Teghesi wins Rd1 of Italian Nats

Even more buggy news, this time its from the 1st round of the Italian National Championships that took place last weekend at the Monsummano track. In qualifying it was reigning Italian champion Davide Tortorici that claimed the top spot for the final but the Crono / Falcon racer could only manage 3rd place in the muddy and wet conditions. The race was won by another Crono racer Fabrizio Teghesi, who we recently reported joined Ultimate Racing, with Daniele Ribaldi only 2 seconds behind in 2nd place with Tortorici ending the race in 3rd, 2 laps down on the leading pair….
