RDRP Ultra Exhaust Pipe Clamp | Carb Dust Cover Seal

Revolution Design Racing Products has two new accessories for nitro racing. First is the Ultra Exhaust Pipe Clamp which offers a sturdy and efficient way to secure the exhaust pipe in most 1:8 and 1:10 Offroad and Onroad vehicles. Crafted from premium 7075 aluminium, it provides durability while remaining lightweight. This clamp can either be fixed mounted, acting as an additional safeguard to the set screw in the pipe, or used in a floating configuration to allow for more flexibility. In the floating setup, the pipe is secured solely by the two set screws of the Ultra Exhaust Pipe Clamp. The black anodising, combined with the silver chamfers, gives the clamp an attractive and professional appearance. Installation is easy and straightforward, enabling you to enhance the control and stability of your exhaust without consuming much time and effort.

CEN Racing 1:8 RTR 2023 M-Sport Ford Puma Rally1

After 2 years of work and collaboration with motorsport engineering company M-Sport, CEN Racing has announced its WRC M-Sport Ford Puma Rally1 1:8 4WD RTR.  The highly detailed replica of the World Rally Championship contender run by the British team features an 100A ESC from Hobbywing and is waterproof and dustproof for all weather.  Running 2-3S Li-po or 6-9 Cell Ni-Mh batteries,  a sensorless CEN Racing High Performance 3658 3000KV motor provides drive to the full time 4WD driver train while the steering is operated by 12Kg metal gear servo from Savox.  Based on a 3mm alu chassis, the car features front and rear 3mm Aluminium Shock Towers, Aluminium Arm Brace, full precision ball bearing support, front skid plate with durable foam bumper, an injection-molded Rear Diffuser and Easy Access Battery Tray.

New from Mini-Z racing specialists PN Racing is this PNR3.0 Formula One Chassis Conversion Kit.  Durability and simplicity were the main intention during the designing process of PNR3.0 chassis series, and there’s no exception for this Formula 1 chassis.  The California company wanted to make sure the chassis still fits within Mini-Z’s ecosystem yet help racers achieve the best performance.  Compared to most carbon chassis in the market, PNR3.0 chassis is easier to test & tune as racers can use most MR03 parts that they are familiar with and already have on hand, such as our “Double A Arm” “Disk Damper” “Ball Differential” as well as most of our recently released motor mounts.

JConcepts Updated Monster truck team shirt

JConcepts has updated their Monster truck team shirt with a new design for the big push toward the end of the racing season and build up to the RCMTC World Finals in October.  A fresh shield logo bursting in blue and grey colours hold a place on the front and rear of the shirt. The Regulator chassis monster truck is planted in large format with brushed blue “scratch graphics” just behind making sure a driver pops with vibrate colours.  A special QR code resides on the rear of the shirt for those moments when the competition needs a direct link to what’s hot in the line-up.

Yokomo SO2.0 2WD Buggy

Yokomo has released details of its latest 1:10 2WD Competition buggy, the SO2.0.  The World Championship winning Japanese manufacturer has given the latest kit 13mm big bore shock for more than 10% more capacity than before for improve performance.  It achieves both high stability and response, and draws a smooth turn arc.  New steering block makes it easy to match the regulations with new design making it possible to change the tread width by installing it inside out. Normally, the wide tread meets the race regulations, but if you use a wheel with a deep offset, you can clear the regulation by turning the steering block upside down and narrowing the axle position.  An aluminium plate is installed under the servo to adjust the weight and rigidity of the front.  You can change the effectiveness of the steering according to the road surface conditions.  In addition, the mechanical tray, which was previously made of resin, has also been changed to steel, contributing to a lower centre of gravity and improved traction.  Another feature of the SO2.0 that Yokomo has added are the front and rear wings with increased downforce and the low-profile body control aerodynamics, contributing to stability at high speeds and posture control during jumps.

Fangzhou “Rocket” Zhang wins China Nationals

Fangzhou Zhang, better known as Rocket Zhang, is the new 1:10 Electric Touring Car Chinese National Champion.  After a 3-year absence, the CMAC was finally able to host the China Nationals once again with the FSR International Race Track the location where both the 5 onroad and 5 offroad titles on offer would decided making for a busy 4 day race schedule.  Driving his Awesomatix, Rocket would secure the title ahead of the Xray pairing of Ma Hao Ran and Dai Shu Xia.  In 1:10 Formula it was another of China’s international racers Stick King who took the title with the Serpent driver taking the victory over Zou Shi Jie and Zhang Yun Kai while in 1:12 Xray’s Dai Shu Xia took top prize.  In the nitro onroad classes Alfred Lao won the 1:10 title with Xray’s Ma Hao Ran crowned the 1:8 GT National Champion.
