Axxelerate RC Tire Roller Sweep

New Swiss RC accessories brand Axxelerate RC, the same people who are behind the country’s largest indoor RC racing track AX Arena, have released this Tire Roller Sweep.  The Tire Roller Sweep is a tool designed to prepare and condition tires for maximum performance on the track.  By applying consistent pressure, this tool smooths and flattens the tire surface, ensuring a more even grip and reducing irregularities.  This process enhances handling and tire life, which Axxelerate say makes it a must-have for serious competitors.  When using new tires, excess tire glue can sometimes form uneven spots, affecting the tire’s overall performance.  By rolling the tires with the Tire Roller Sweep, you can “break” the glue and ensure a uniform tire surface.

Avid B7 1+1mm Hub Link Mount

New from Avid Racing Concepts is this 1+1mm Hub Link Mount for the Team Associated B7 thats puts the ball stud in the same location but up 1mm.  Avid have done this because you always run a 1mm shim in this area at minimum and it is a pain to work on when removing.  On top of that, if you run the kit ball stud with the kit hub link mounts without the 1mm shim, it will pinch the bearing on the molded hubs and cause the dogbone not to spin freely.  The mount is black anodised with silver highlights on both sides and laser etched with our logo as well as the +1 to signify the ball stud is moved up 1mm, just like they do for the rear inner camber link mount that is +2mm.  Avid wish to clarify, they are aware that this is a +2mm when going back to the original B74 part being used and AE updated it to be 1mm higher for the B7 but since it isn’t labeled on the AE part as a +1, they thought this would be just as confusing.
