MIP B6 Roller Pucks bi-metal drive system

MIP B6 Roller Pucks bi-metal drive system

Coming from MIP and made for Team Associated’s B6 2WD buggy is the Roller Pucks bi-metal drive system. It features two-piece bi-metal outdrives that are comprised of both 7075–T6 aluminium and high-grade heat tempered machine steel to shred 30 percent off of the OEM rotating mass, which equates to quicker acceleration without compromising strength. Being that the diff outputs are steel, it is fully compatible with the popular MIP Roller Pucks which have a 360 degree wear pattern and are 100 percent replaceable. The system is ideal for racers using 10.5T motors or higher and it not only fits the new B6 but also the older B5 and B5M. The kit includes all needed parts to perform the conversion minus the stock diff gear, wheel axles and CVA rebuild kit.

X Factory Infinity RB5/6 carbon idler shafts

X Factory have introduced their new Infinity carbon idler shafts for the RB5 and RB6 line of 1/10th 2WD vehicles. The shafts are exactly 5mm in diameter and they replace the somewhat undersized original parts that can lead to idler gear failures due to the bearings wobbling on the shaft. The Infinity items are made from high-quality carbon material and they are of a hollow design, making for slight weight savings.

JConcepts TLR 22 3.0 S2 Worlds bodyshell

JConcepts TLR 22 3.0 S2 Worlds bodyshell

JConcepts have introduced the S2 Worlds bodyshell for the TLR 22 3.0 buggy. The follow-up version of the popular Silencer body rocks some familiar features but rolled together with a low-profile stance. Slammed overall height allows the S2 to whisk through the turns with a low centre of mass while the progressive cab design provides plenty of front-end force for superior balance and steering. A channeled roof directs the flow through the centre of the body while also increasing the rigidity of cockpit. The upper side-pods feature distinct vents used to help relieve hot air build-up inside the body while carved and detailed side-pods edge the body giving the highly aero unit a stylish look with and tight fit and finish. The body, available in a regular and lightweight variant, is built to accommodate the TLR laydown transmission, giving all out performance. As usual the body comes clear, including window masks and decal sheet and it includes two 6.5″ Finnsiher rear wings.
