Yokomo Europe BD7 silver brass -1mm arm mounts

Yokomo Europe BD7 silver brass -1mm arm mounts

Yokomo Europe have introduced new silver brass -1mm suspension mounts for the Yokomo BD7 touring car. The parts are machined from heavy silver brass material, making each about 10g heavier than the respective alloy counterparts for added weight at one of the lowest points of the chassis. In addition to allowing weight bias fine-tuning and gaining overall weight, the parts are also 1mm lower that the standard alloy suspension hangers, making running lower suspension pin settings possible; something the Yokomo team drivers have been using with great success at select races. Available is a full range of split and 1-piece front and rear mounts.

Serpent SRX8 optional 13 & 17 degree alloy C-hubs

Serpent SRX8 optional 13 & 17 degree alloy C-hubs

Coming from Serpent and made for the SRX8 1/8th buggy are optional aluminium C-hubs. In addition to the standard 15 degree castor hubs Serpent now also have 13 degree and 17 degree variants available, allowing to fine-tune the steering characteristics going in and coming out of corners. The CNC-machined aluminium parts come dark anodised and laser-etched for easy identification while allowing to use a 2.5x6mm steering limiter screw. Generally the 13 degree variant is best used on low-grip tracks to gain off-throttle steering into a corner while the 17 degree variant reduces off-power steering on bumpy and high-grip tracks.
