Penguin LCG Dart body for Cougar LD2

From Penguin Custom Bodyshells is this Low Centre of Gravity (LCG) Dart body for the popular Cougar LD2. Being very similar to the Dart body for the Cougar Laydown, the shell has been designed with modern software ensuring it goes as low as possible and is specifically designed for modern LCG batteries. Similar in style to the kit shell but much lower down the side pods and cab area giving amazing lap times and corner speed on the grippiest of carpet and Astro. Available in both standard weight and lightweight with window masks and made from high grade lexan.

Andrea Ghilotti joins MR33 factory team

Another MR33 announcement, this time for the signing of Italian Onroad front runner Andrea Ghilotti to their factory team. The former EFRA European junior champion will participate at the Euro Touring Series events and at events in his home country Italy. Andrea will use the complete range of MR33 products in his racing programme and he had these words about his new sponsor MR33, ‘It is a great pleasure for me to join the MR33 factory team. I already enjoyed some products from their great line up in the past, and I can’t wait to use even more MR33 stuff on and off track. The best way to keep your motor running efficiently and durable is to affix a fan on top for optimal cooling even in cold weather. The new fan mount is made from 1.5mm carbon fibre, is light and robust and compatible for all fans with dimensions 30x30x10mm. Requires the RSRC carbon fibre centre differential plate which is sold separately.

RC-Project brass cylindrical weights

RC-Project have introduced this line-up of cylindrical weights in 5g, 10g, 15g, 20g and 25g. The weights are CNC machined from a special brass alloy and subsequently coated in black PVD making the weight more durable. Each weight features an M3 thread allowing it to be mounted easily to the chassis.

Akio Sobue joins MR33 factory team

MR33 have announced the signing of Japanese onroad front runner Akio Sobue to their factory team. Akio will use the complete range of MR33 products to keep his Onroad program running, and he will attend all the most important Onroad races in Asia and other big races around on the globe. Akio had the following to say about him joining MR33, ‘I am very happy and thankful to join the MR33 team. I know their products since a long time, and it is fantastic how much the brand was growing over the last couple of years. Infinity Team pit bag

From Creation Model is this pit bag, featuring a black body with red stitching and the Infinity logo. A fairly standard affair, it has two large compartments for larger items such as the starter box, spare tires etc. and 6 larger outer pockets for various items such as spare parts that are needed in the pit lane. There are pouches for the fuel gun and fuel bottle and one side also features a tool holder for essential tools such as tuning screw driver and pocket booster. The bag features a comfortable padded handle and the whole thing can be folded flat for easy transport.
