Xray XB8 ‘Frontward’ composite rear wing

Xray have released a new ‘Frontward’ design rear wing suitable for their 1:8 Offroad chassis’. The XB8 molded wing features the forward position which helps to create downforce on rear wheels to increase rear traction. The shape of the wing increases the stability of the car in all conditions and is legal under the latest IFMAR wing specifications. Made from a special composite mixture, the wing was designed to survive severe abusive and extreme crashes while keeping its shape.

Speed King Tour 2022 Rd4 – Report

The fourth round of Speed King Tour 2022 was held at RC stadium Sodegaura outdoor tarmac track in Chiba prefecture last weekend. Three different electric touring car class race took place at the event same as past rounds. TC0 class car uses modified motor and TC1 runs with boosted stock motor. Only G Force ESC and motor can be used at TC2 class. This track will hold JMRCA EP Touring car Sport class Nats in September then a lot of drivers entered TC1 class of the event which is almost same regulation as JMRCA Sport class. And also some of Japanese top drivers run TC0 class for preparing for IFMAR ISTC World championship in Italy in September.

These new STRC aluminium option parts for the Trailrunner/Knightrunner will help improve the durability and precision of the steering assembly and improve the durability around the front gearbox of the IFS front end. The Heavy Duty Aluminium Servo Mounting Plate provides a solid platform for the steering servo that will reduce flex and improve the durability of the vehicle’s front end, while adding some weight to the front as well. When combined with our Aluminium Steering Bellcranks you can really maximise the power from your steering servo and not have any steering power loss due to flexing of the stock plastic parts. The pair of Aluminium Gearbox Mount provides a solid connection for the entire front transmission/lower suspension assembly to the front end of the chassis.

Sworkz S35-4/e BBS Higher Capacity Shock Kit

Sworkz has introduced a new high capacity shock kit for it S35-4 1:8 Buggy. Based on the limited Elliott Boots Edition Shock Conversion Kit, the Sworkz design team have improved this further to work with the latest Arched-Bridge-System. The main changes are the S35-T2 truggy bigger shock bodies and the redesign of the shock towers to accommodate the shock length. Already tested at the European championship by Sworkz team drivers, the new shock set-up will give more stability to the suspension travel and make the car able to accept more power.

MIBO 1:10 Onroad Low Profile Brushless Servo

Following its official brand launch yesterday, RC newcomer MIBO has announced the first product in its range, the MIBO 1:10 Onroad Low Profile MB-2311 Brushless Servo. The high torque/ultra high speed programmable digital low-profile brushless servo comes with steel gear and double BB-ed output shaft and is intended for use in 1:10 on-road RC cars (suitable for Modified, Stock, FWD, Formula classes). All-aluminium case ensures perfect cooling under high load. MB-2311 is programmable using the KAVAN servo USB programmer/interface and PC software.

O.S. SPEED B21 Adam Drake Edition 3

O.S. Engines has introduced its newest offroad engine with the release of the O.S. SPEED B21 Adam Drake Edition 3. The engine is the latest offering from the Japanese company’s collaboration with Offroad racing legend Adam Drake. By adopting a boost bypass processing for the crankcase, the engine runs more smoothly, and making it even easier to drive. Adam Drake’s signature colour, blue anodized aluminium is applied to the cutting part of the new outer head, and two-colour anodized aluminium with new design is used to reduce weight and lower the center of gravity for improved driving performance. You can make a choice of two different carburettor restrictor, 6.5II for buggy and 7.5 mainly for truggy.
