Xray RX8/NT1 Alu Brake Post Arm

Xray has produced an Aluminium Brake Post Arm for its latest 1:8 and 1:10 Nitro Onroad chassis offerings.  Suitable for the RX8 and NT1,  the aluminium brake post arm allows more direct and precise braking.  CNC-machined from premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium and black coated, the ultra-strong construction provides very long life and durability.

T-Works Titanium Front Shock Standoffs

More additions to the range of aftermarket parts for the new Infinity IFB8 1:8 Buggy from T-Works with these Titanium Front Shock Standoffs​.  Made from 64 Titanium material for its lightweight and high-strength characteristics, the upgrade of the shock standoffs can lighten the suspension system high point, enhancing the stability of the model car at high speed.  Three different lengths of standoffs are offer, 8mm, 10mm or 13mm, allowing you to choose the right length according to your set-up needs.  Additionally T-Works is offering DLC coated Shock Shafts for the IFB8 with a 67.2mm rear and 58.5mm front.  The DLC coating reduces friction and improves the shock effect.  Finally there is a Shock Shaft Guides Maintenance Set which includes bottom spacers, centre spacers and
shock absorbing rubber rings.

New from Factory Team is this adjustable KPI (KingPin Inclination) set for the Team Associated RC10B7 2WD Buggy.  Initially used on the prototype RC10B7 for precise KPI value adjustments, this feature is now accessible to all users.  This adjustment allows for optimisation of your B7 for any surface from low-grip dirt to high-traction clay and carpet tracks. It provides nine distinct KPI values, offering a broader range of adjustments compared to the standard kit steering blocks.  This set also includes 3mm and 4mm (kit) trailing steering blocks.

Harper secures British National title with Stafford win

Schumacher’s Elliott Harper is the new BRCA British 1:10 Electric Touring Car Champion having secured the title with victory at the penultimate stop on the 5 round calendar at Stafford over the weekend.  Having only returned to racing at the end of last season after a number of years away from the sport, the former Champion opened his 2024 campaign with a podium finish behind the Xray reigning Champion Kyle Branson and first tiime victor Alex Thurston who is the only other driver to win this season.  Securing his latest TQ from Peter Eagles, Harper converted his pole into wins in both A-Main legs for the overall win and title.  The podium in Stafford was completed by Eagles and the Xray of Harley Eldridge.  It was a double success for the Schumacher team with Ollie Payne taking the win in the 13.5T class ahead of Billy Fletcher and James Hart.

T-Works V2 Adjustable Ride Height Gauges

T-Works has added to its range of V2 Adjustable Ride Height Gauges with the release of a 14-20mm and a 30-45mm option.  Previously offer 20-30mm adjustable ride height gauge, the new additions use the same twist-design allowing for easy and convenient ride height adjustment in precise 1mm increments.  The gauges are machined from high quality aluminium and has a black anodised finish with laser-engraved markings allowing for easy reading of the selected ride height values.

Ielasi Tuned GP9R ‘Extender Kit’

Ielasi Tuned has announced a small upgrade ‘Extender Kit’ dedicated to their GP9R23 and 24 .21 Onroad engines.  The Extender Kit consists of a 4mm ergal spacer and 4 quality M3x22 screws (Bossard), to be applied between the head and innerhead to ensure that the cooling head in these very hot months is 4 mm more out of the body.  Tested in the super hot conditions at the Leno track over the weekend by their team drivers they obtained an average lowering of the engine temperature of 7 to 8 degrees.  A small modification the GP9R23/24 engines in these summer months that is within everyone’s reach.

Fenix G42 FWD 1:10 Touring Car

Fenix Racing has announced its first ever Front Wheel Drive Touring Car with the release of the G42.   On unveiling the new kit, the Italian manufacturer says the G42 is way more than an RC Car describing its as “a journey into a new world, with new boundaries to explore”.  About 2-years ago they started to discuss about option to step into the “big” field, aka the touring class and FWD was the option to evaluate the field.  An interesting class with a certain freedom to think “out of the box”.  So, they started to work on the idea due to tending to stay away from the usual solutions and try to explore different options.  Some tech point were pivotal, such as reverse Ackermann steering angle or direct servo.  Having the servo in the front, they need to locate the motor as close as possible to the front axle, as they didn’t want to “mid”.  “Most front” was the option they choose and all the prototypes rely on that solutions.
