A simple new item from Avid who have released this battery bullet puller. A useful tool for getting your bullets out of your battery with ease, it prevents scratching them up with pliers or breaking wire strands by pulling on the wire. Developed by Chadd Brockman of MHOR R/C Raceway in Denver Colorado.

Reds Racing have announced their new 723 Scuderia Pro Engine. This is a .23cc engine and is specifically designed for use in 1/8th truggy. In some applications, a truggy requires more power and the 723 Scuderia is designed for that. Based on their popular 721 Scuderia Pro, the 723 Scuderia piston and sleeve are specifically designed for use in truggy and are optimised for this application. The engine features a high performance 3 needle carburettor which allows better and easier tuning in all conditions. Furthermore, thanks to its mid range needle, this carburettor guarantees more linear power delivery and greater power. The new engine also comes with DLC Coated crankshaft and backplate for improved engine durability. The crankshaft can last approximately 3 times more than a conventional steel crankshaft thanks to the extreme hardness of the diamond coating. Even the conrod life is lengthened by about 50%.

Lexan Paints is a water-based paint specifically formulated to adhere to polycarbonate RC shells. The paint is extremely flexible, durable and very adhesive, lasting the extreme conditions racers put their shells through. Lexan Paints offer 27-colours that come in tough 100mL bottles. White and Black also come in 500mL and 1000mL bottles. The paint is designed to ensure easy airbrush application with a 0.5mm tip at 30-35psi and Lexan Paints will be adding more colours to its current pallet in the near future.

The first round of the 1/10 EP Touring Greek Nationals was held in the RcManiacs track located in Argos, Greece recently in hot conditions. In the Modified class, reigning Greek champion Dimitris Ioannidis (Awesomatix) took the TQ spot early on by taking Q1, Q2 and Q3 while multi-time Greek champion Isaakidis (Mugen) secured 2nd spot on the grid with Andreas Koutras (Mugen) behind him. In the finals, Ioannidis won leg 1 and leg 2 securing the overall win even when in leg 1 a tire issue saw him lose 3 places, he was able to regain the lead and take home the win. In leg 2, displaying his speed and consistency from qualifying took the win with no drama this time securing the overall win while Isaakidis won leg 3 awarding him second overall with Koutras rounding out the podium.
