Amongst Losi’s new range of LiPo cells that we briefly wrote about at the end of November, was this LiPo pack for use in the company’s 1/36 Micro-T, Micro-Baja, and Micro-Desert Truck. Sold separately or with a wall charger (above), this 180mAh 7.4v 2 cell pack has been designed to fit the smallest Losi vehicles and provides plenty of power as well as long run times, coming pre-wired with the power connector.

JConcepts have released 2 new items today, the first of which is this new hooded sweater. Introduced specifically for those cold days, the JConcepts hoodie features a combination of athletic grey colour and familiar bull horn front and rear logo that makes looking good easy. Also new from the JConcepts crews is an Illuzion 6.5″ wide high downforce wing which is suitable for the RC10B4 and B44.

Large Mugen Seiki Carrying case

 Large Mugen Seiki Carrying case

Back in summer Mugen released the blue version of this large carrying case,  and now in the middle of winter the Japanese company has come out with the same case in grey. This large bag sports the Mugen logo screen printed on the outside and inside is 4 corrugated plastic drawers mounted within a frame. The internal size of the bag is 530mm x 315mm and the drawers are wipe able and resistant to high temperatures and moisture.

GS Racing CL-1 Advanced – Update

GS Racing CL-1 Advanced Update

GS Racing have provided an update to their new CL-1 Advanced 1/8th scale buggy, that we first mentioned at the start of December. The Taiwanese company has provided a lot more information on the car which features a brand new transmission system that has been lightened by 15 grams to gain greater transmission efficiency. As spotted the first time around, the car also sports new big bore 16mm shock absorbers, and finally a new steering system provides more solid steering. The car will get its official unveiling at next years Nuremberg toy fair.

R1GP IIC 2008 – Announcement

 R1GP IIC 2008 - Announcement

The 2nd annual R1 Grand Prix Indoor International Championship will take place in 2008 on January the 19th – 20th. The event will be held in Seoul, South Korea at the Best Western Airport Hotel and many international racers from various different countries are expected to participate. This year, Scotty Ernst will announce for the race, and the organisers expect attendance from Atsushi Hara, Adachi Shin, and other international racers.

Robitronic has released a new 500cc fuel bottle, similar to that from Axial, Serpent and Xceed, which is made from super flexible material for quick fills with control over the fuel flow. The long red anodized aluminum fill pipe sports the Robitronic logo and easily reaches any fuel tank, while the aluminum ring and the rubber seals prevents leakage.

K-Factory have released these CNC-machined rear hub carriers with 1.5 degrees of toe-in for the Team Magic E4. The hub carriers have been precision machined to exact tolerances and are extremely tough, due to the high strength of the material chosen and the parts design. Even though they are very strong, they are very lightweight, with the strength achieved due to smart engineering and the carefully chosen materials.
