Fenix foam truer F1 wheel adaptor

As foam tires gain some popularity in F1, Fenix have released this wheel adapter that fits all the popular 8mm tire truers. Designed to be wobble free, it is black hard-anodised and is usable with all 14mm hex F1 rear wheel and 10mm front ball bearing wheels.

Joe Bornhorst joins SWorkz

SWorkz have announced that top US driver Joe Bornhorst is joining their team to race 1/8 and 1/10 with SWorkz products. The former Tekno driver joins an increasingly competitive team with new signings Tanner Denney & Kyle McBride as well as Elliott Boots & Juan Carlos Canas. On his new deal Joe said ‘I’m very excited to join Sworkz for 2022 and beyond. Thank you to Max, Georg, and everyone involved for the opportunity to be a part of this great race team. Everyone has been more than welcoming already and I am very eager to see what the future holds’. Max Sonnleitner followed up by saying ‘We are happy to have Joe Bornhorst in our factory team for the next years. He is a great person and I am sure we will have great results in the future’.

T-Works B3.2 & T3.2 suspension mounts

T-Works have released a complete line up of suspension mounts for the Associated RC8 B3.2 & T3.2. Available in front lower A & B mount as well as rear lower C & D mount, they come machined from high-quality 7075-T6 aluminium while sporting a black surface coating and machined silver edge details. The suspension hanger was designed to work with the standard suspension inserts.

Avid have announced the release of their new line of Avid part boxes. The plastic part boxes come in different shapes and sizes, with different internal bin layouts allowing easy organisation of all your small parts. Available in 4 versions there is the 3 bin parts box (180x115x20mm), 10 bin parts box (130x168x23mm), 15 bin parts box (175x100x23mm) and finally the round 8 bin parts box (105x25mm).

Jackson Brunson joins HB Racing team

HB Racing have announced that former Team Associated driver Jackson Brunson has signed to them for the 2022 racing season. Arena X4 split top decks

Arena have released more new carbon parts for the Xray X4 with the introduction of two new sets of split top decks. First up is the medium-soft top deck set for low grip tracks & stock classes and the second is a medium-hard version for high grip tracks as well as the modified class, offering up better response. Both sets are made from 2.0mm high quality graphite.

Jamie & Tommy Hall join Associated Factory Race Team

Team Associated, Reedy Power and Factory Team have announced the graduation of UK based brothers, Jamie and Tommy Hall to the Factory Race Team. Starting their R/C journey in 2011 and gaining support from Associated’s British distributor CML, Jamie and Tommy have climbed the ranks in the 1:10 BRCA series while recently venturing in to the 1:8 category. Jamie and Tommy each have a very different approach to racing but they complement one another well. This has lead to rapid improvement and collectively succeeding at an International level. Tommy’s priorities are on racing and race craft whereas Jamie’s focus is on set-up and the technical aspects of the vehicles. Team Associated said ‘We welcome the Hall family to the team and look forward to a long and successful relationship’.
