Hot Bodies Cyclone S RTR

Hot Bodies have officially announced the RTR version of the Cyclone S, their sport version of the World Championship winning Cyclone touring car. Factory assembled to exacting specifications, the Cyclone S RTR will feature everything that makes the Cyclone S a great car, such as World Championship-winning racing geometry, reinforced composite chassis and shock towers, front and rear ball differentials, aluminium motor mount and full adjustability of critical race-tuning settings. This car comes with a pre-painted Dodge Stratus shell and all part are upgradeable to the existing Moorespeed World Championship Edition Cyclone options.

Its lightweight, using super light lexan material, which is also very durable and the use of supplied adhesive-backed foam provides an anti-skid surface on the top and bottom of the stand. Tiverton Nationals report by oOple

Last weekend saw the first round of the 2007 Electric off road nationals held at the Heazel Arena, Tivertons indoor racing venue. Jimmy and Vicky were there, racing, snapping photos and taking notes and they now have their race report online. Lots of great pictures will be online soon but in the meantime you can read about the event in which Darren Bloomfield took the win in 2wd and Lee Martin took the 4wd victory.

Steen Graversen joins Kyosho

Steen Graversen joins Kyosho

According to a report on RC Zone, Danish driver Steen Graverson has left Tamiya to race for Kyosho Japan. The European Championship finalist and multiple Danish National Champion has left Tamiya after many successful years with the company and will have his first race for Kyosho at the upcoming LRP Masters, the last big indoor race of the season that takes place on April 27th -29th in Eppelheim, near Heidelberg in Germany.

Christoffer Svensson signs to Medial Pro

Our site partners Neo Buggy are reporting that young Swedish star Christoffer Svensson has been snapped up by French tyre company Medial Pro and for the 2007 season Christoffer will run Medial Pro’s updated range of tyres, rims and products. This marks a resurrgence in the Medial Pro brand with two of Sweden’s top drivers now using their rubber, Robert Gustafssen having joined last week. Just this weekend both drivers were at the XRAY Challenge in Denmark, with Robert winning the event, and Christoffer putting in a strong round 5 qualifying TQ followed by a good run in the final before he retired with technical problems.

J-B Arnaldi wins Rd2 French 1/10th 200mm Nationals

Rd2 French 1/10th 200mm Nationals

Last weekend, saw the 2nd round of the 1/10th 200mm Nationals held at the high speed Louvier track, 120km from Paris. In qualifying for the Elite class it B-A Arnaldi, driving a Kyosho V-One RRR Evo, that claimed the top qualfiying sport ahead of 2nd placed Mugen racer Desmarie. In the race itself B-A Arnaldi ran into trouble dropping him back to his eventual finishing position of 4th place, while his brother J-B Arnaldi took the lead and with it the win, to lead home a Kyosho 1-2 with Sebsatian Wartelle in 2nd, while Desmarie ended the race in 3rd. In the National class it was another Kyosho clean sweep with J-F Defie taking the win, from the pole position, ahead of A Buyer and J-P Michel, who finished 2nd and 3rd respectively.
