Fenix Racing G12 1/12th scale chassis

Fenix Racing have introduced their new G12 1/12th scale chassis featuring the company’s V-link rear suspension. The G12 has been tested in different environments and tracks, in Europe and Japan, with a huge development done by Mr. Kimihiko Yano and his team. The rear end sports 5 different roll centres positions, to grant you the most precise setup, to get the most from your rear tyres. Multiple side links are used to set the rear bump steer in the best way possible and for the front end they tested several solutions, but nothing come close to the CRC front end. Camber, caster and dynamic caster, everything is easy to work on and on top of that, the CRC front end has proven to be super reliable.

Rêve D 5000mAh LiPo battery

Rêve D have introduced this large capacity 5000mAh LiPo battery. Equipped with 100C high power delivery and a large capacity for longer runtime, it comes in the standard shorty size of 46.5 x 96 x 25mm. Compared to the current RB-37S (3700mAh) battery there is a weight difference of around 60g, making it possible to adjust the weight balance of the chassis and to comply with the minimum weight regulations at some competitions. Not only suitable for drifting it can also be used for oﬀroad and onroad categories.

XTR range of competition LiPo batteries

XTR have presented their first range of competition LiPo batteries. All four 120C packs are hard cased, produced in LiHV and feature 5mm banana connections. The range includes 3 x 7.6V packs, a 8100mAh stick pack (298 grams), a 6000mAh LCG pack (254grams) and a 6000mAh shorty (214 grams) with the single 15.2V pack (580 grams) being a 8000mAh version.

JConcepts Tremor SCT wheels

JConcepts have introduced their all new Tremor wheels for the 2.2 x 3.0” SCT wheel design. The Tremor is a 2-piece 12mm hex wheel assembly that allows different colour combinations between the mock bead lock and the main wheel structure. Having the wheels all one powerful colour or split matchups is now possible and allows the user even more colour combinations than ever before. The Tremor has 2 widths, the front, which is narrow and the rear which is interchangeable and standard for many platforms and vehicles on the market including the Slash 2wd and 4×4. The interlocked look of the 5-star pattern is highly sought-after by the 1:1 fanatics and the strength built inside is, of course, RC basher approved. Vera & Schimizzi win at FSEARA Rd1

The Florida State Series started its 41st season at Valkaria RC, home of the 2016 Roar Nationals. With nearly 90 entries running 3 qualifiers and 1 main and 7 different classes it was set to be a long day of racing. In the heavily contested 17.5 Super stock TC, Wallace Motorsports team driver Dave Vera took the TQ and the wire to wire win with his Infinity If14-2, with Brian Larkin coming in 2nd and Anthony Schimizzi rounding out the podium. Dave was also able to TQ and take the wire to wire win in the Modified division with his Infinity TC by a narrow margin over Felix Law (2nd) and Cory Parsons (3rd). In Formula One, Wallace Motorsports driver Anthony Schimizzi from 2nd on the grid put some serious pressure with just under 1 minute to go in the race on TQ Sean Wager and made an awesome pass in the chicane coming onto the straight to take the lead and hold on for the win. Sean Wager would finish 2nd with Scott Meeks finishing 3rd.
