Roche has announced a new optional graphite servo mount set for its Rapide P10W3 1:10 235mm Competition Pro10 kit. The new set makes the servo move to front position for compatible with regular size Lipo battery installation. The servo mount set requires the use of a medium micro size servo. Following on from the release of its first hand modified racing engine that was specifically for 1:8 GT, Spower has added a second engine to the ‘Soul’ series with the popular B7TT .21 offroad engine undergoing the special treatment. Based on long-stroke B7TT, the new B7HP piston/liner comes with hand modified conventional 3-ports type enabling more torque the power range. For the IF18-3, they have produced a Radio Box 1.5mm Spacer with the carbon piece mounted in between the carbon radio tray and the plastic radio box lowering the complete radio box 1.5mm resulting in a lowered CG. Also for the IF18 is the Front-Stiffner which is used in the forward holes of the front bulkheads, increasing the stiffness of this area making the car easier to drive. ROAR discovered that significant changes had been made to the internal design of the Slot Machine motor after they had already been inspected. Acquired by Horizon Hobby in July last year, the famous American electrics brand says the Slot Machine 2 motor is revamped, ROAR approved, and ready to get back into the winner’s circle. Currently ramping up production, they will be notifying racers who registered for the Slot Machine Exchange Program once the new Slot Machine 2 motors start arriving. Team Associated has confirmed they will be represented at the upcoming MIBO International Race in the Czech Republic with the news that Joona Haatanen will make his debut at the second edition of the event. The wheels are IFMAR standardised with the wheel hex offset and feature countersunk center area which allows the wheel nut to sit deeper in the wheel.
