Schumacher L1R, LD3 and ST2 Alloy Shock Cap Set

Schumacher has released a new Alloy Shock Cap Set for use with its L1R 4WD Buggy, LD3 2WD Buggy and ST2 2WD Stadium Truck.  The Alloy shock cap minimises any potential play due to the new shock bush insert design.  This shock cap set allows the shock to be quickly removed from the car by removing a single M3 nut.

Capricorn LAB GT2 GP Option Parts

Italy’s Capricorn RC has released two new option parks for its LAB GT2 GP 1:8 GT Chassis.  Offering greater set-up options, they have release a hard version of the lower rear suspension arms which a cut from 5mm carbon fibre.  Another new part is a front bumper stiffener, machined from aluminium.  With an anodised finish in Capricorn’s distinctive trademark red colouring, the stiffener makes the front end much more resistant to any impacts.

Salemi joins Ielasi Tuned

Engine tuner Ielasi Tuned has announced the addition of 1:8 Onroad Stalwart Mirko Salemi to its team.   The Italian Capricorn driver, who took at win at season finale of the Euro Nitro Series last year and finished on the podium at the ultra competitive Nationals in April, will use Ielai Tuned just released GP9R24 engine as part of his 2024 campaign starting this weekend with the AMSCI National Constructors Championship in Gubbio.  He will also contest the ENS as well as the European Championship in Locorotondo.   After a brief period with Nova Engines, with whom he started the 2024 season, commenting on the Ielasi Tuned announcement Mirko said, “I am very happy with this choice, Ielasi Tuned is now a guarantee of performance and reliability.  Way back in 2007, during my first year of activity, in my first important competition, my Power unit was Daniele’s engine, and I still remember him with pleasure when he lent me that engine.  Today, I thank Ielasi Tuned for their trust and for welcoming me into their team.  I hope to have fun together, and why not, also to get some important satisfaction”

Factory Team RC10B7 Option Parts

New from Factory Team for the Team Associated RC10B7 2WD Buggy are these carbon fibre Front Bulkhead Shims, Titanium Top Shaft Screw, and Aluminium Differential Height Inserts.  These parts are of alternate materials to the kit parts to improve precision over molded parts or remove weight from steel parts.

JConcepts MSB1 F2 body

JConcepts has released its F2 body for the Mugen Seiki MSB1 1:10 2WD Buggy..   As the release drops of the MSB1, JConcepts set off to incorporate all the functionality of the IFMAR World Championship winning shell and wrapped it around the newest dynamo from Mugen Seiki Racing.  The exclusive composition of the cab, extra rear windows, louvered roof all tied together with Finnisher “V” configuration makes the F2 a classic performer. T he body includes two of the 6.5” Carpet | Turf | Dirt wing which is now a standard racing item around the world.  The body arrives as clear polycarbonate with protective film and is available in standard and lightweight formed thickness.

Schumacher CAT L1R ‘Recon’ Steering set

New from Schumacher Racing for its CAT L1R 1:10 4WD Competition Buggy is this ‘Recon’ Steering set.  Designed and tested by the British manufacturer’s engineering department and race team that includes reigning EFRA European 4WD Buggy Champion Michal Orlowski, the ‘Recon’ optional steering assembly offers initial smoothness, but allows you to use all of the steering throw with an improved feel.

MXLR TRF421 FlexBumper and Front Body Support

Germany’s MXLR has released a version of its FlexBumper and a Front Body Support for Tamiya’s TRF421 competition level 1:10 Electric Touring Car.  The FlexBumper is 3D printed with thermoplastic polyurethane for the optimal strength and flexibility and absorbs hits better and doesn’t transfer them as much into the chassis structure.  More robust and sturdy, it always goes back to original shape and don’t drag on the floor after a crash.  The MXLR FlexBumper for the TRF421 matches the original footprint, but with a lower overall profile! Also the front body post adjustment of the TRF421 is fully in function with their design, the bumper can slide back and forth depending on the used body post position.  A direct replacement for the kit foam, the lower overall profile helps to keep the weight in an acceptable range.  There are two MX logos on the backside to proof the originality.
