Brilliant RC have announced the release of their new high temperature silicon gaskets for .12 and .21 engines, pipes and manifolds. The black-colour gaskets are moulded from a special, high temperature resistant silicone rubber which ensures a very long durability. Team Associated’s Dustin Evans was the man to beat in the Modified classes as he took the TQ and win Pro 2WD Mod Buggy, 4WD Mod Buggy and Mod Stadium Truck. Yokomo’s JP Richards came in 2nd in Pro 2WD Mod Buggy from TLR’s Tyler Jones on the 3 spot. The 4WD Mod Buggy top 3 was completed by Yokomo’s Max Flurer and TLR’s Tyler Jones while Dustin was accompanied by Yokomo’s Max Flurer and TLR driver Aaron Kothman in Mod Truck. Hobbywing have introduced two new titanium-bonded rotors for the V10 G3 series of brushless motors. The characteristic of the rotors will provide a smoother pickup acceleration without sacrificing top speed. This will help to tune motors especially to lower grip asphalt and carpet conditions as it aids car control out of tight corners. T-Works have introduced their new multi-function switch hole cover with connector lock, usable for nitro off-road vehicles. The part was designed to fit right onto the on/off switch areas of nitro-powered vehicles, while the connector holder – designed for standard male and female universal-type plugs – securely holds the connector in place. Xenon have announced the release of their full line of VSS EX 64 pitch electric touring and pan car super gears. They are considered to be the world’s smallest moulded main gears and they are available in 68T to 87T specification.
