Japanese company Team Bomber has introduced the high-capacity V2 side tube damper conversion kit for Yokomo’s YRX12 pan car. Designed to replace the somewhat small friction units on Yokomo’s latest 1/12th pan car, the set includes new high-capacity dampers that not only offer an increased load capacity for improved high-speed and corner handling but they also reduce maintenance time as they need less frequent rebuilding. …SRS-N race body, this wing was used by Dario Balestri at the 2016 1/10 IC World Championship to TQ and set the pace for most of the event. Then, at the 2016 ROAR Fuel National Championships, JJ Wang took the overall TQ and win with the DB16 mounted on his P37-N. On the track it has been shown to add more traction and make 200mm sedans easier drive through high-speed corners. The wing fits all IFMAR/ROAR/EFRA specs and is formed from genuine 0.7mm Lexan. Roche have introduced an aluminium chassis and lower motor pod plate for the Rapide P12-2016 1/12th scale kit. Both parts are machined from 2.5mm 7075-T6 aluminium and they come gun metal anodised and with silver chamfered edges for looks. Using the parts lowers the centre of gravity due to adding weight at the lowest possible area of the car while the increased stiffness makes for optimised on-track performance especially in high-bite track conditions.
